The hotel was located next to Opera. Surrounded by all shop’s & restaurants. Lafayette Galleries just 5 to minutes walk from hotel. The breakfast was so delicious. The front desk staff was so helpful and efficient. During check in, the front desk staff was informed a surprise gift from hotel to me, that is my room was free upgraded to Duplex Suite Eiffel Tower view (room number 601), this make me more enjoyable and memorable staying this hotel during visit Paris. Specially thanks to front desk staff PhunKyi. She have provided excellent service and give us some travel tips and information during our stay. Well done to PhunKyi.

Das Personal, der Concierge und die Dienstleistungen waren großartig. Es hat einen kleinen Aufzug, aber es ist neu und nicht für ein Fußballteam bestimmt. Das Frühstück hatte ausgezeichnete Kaffee und Wahlen zu gehen. Das Frühstückserlebnis war angenehm, und der Tag begann großartig. Das Zimmer war sauber und aktualisiert, gute Dusche, Bettwäsche und es gibt einen Safe. Kleine, aber wir wollten nicht mehr Zeit im Zimmer verbringen. die Lage funktioniert groß, kleiner Spaziergang zum U-Bahnhof (verbrauchte nicht wegen der Streiks) kleiner Spaziergang zum örtlichen Bahnhof, und Roissey Bus, der auch nicht schlecht zu benutzen ist. Der Bus war nicht laufend, als wir eintraten, so nahmen wir eine überpreiste Cab. (Tu das nicht). Sehr kurze Spaziergang, wenn Sie durchschnittlich 3-4 Meilen pro Tag wie wir, zum Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Orangerie, D'Orsay und Isle de la Cité. (in andere Richtung, Eiffelturm ist nicht weit). Vieles Essen in der Nähe, ATM, Gemüse. Nochmals, das Personal war hilfreich mit unserem schlechten Französisch, und es alles arbeitete großartig.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich geplant und grundsätzlich, aber funktional. Die Person am Rezeption am Tag, an dem ich verließ, war extrem hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen: ca. 100 m von Gare Saint Lazare (und der U-Bahn) und sehr nahe den Geschäften und großen Geschäften in einer sehr lebendigen Nachbarschaft. Ich würde glücklich wieder da bleiben. Großer Wert für Geld.

Als ich am Abend im Hotel ankam, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine zwei Zimmer hätten, also könnten sie in ein anderes Hotel wechseln oder mir eine Suite geben. Vier Männer, nur ein großes Bett und zwei Schlafsofas. Einer davon ist kaputt. Ich beschwerte mich nachts und sagte, dass es am nächsten Tag keine Möglichkeit gäbe, mit dem Manager über die Entschädigung zu sprechen, aber am nächsten Tag weigerte ich mich immer noch und sagte, ich würde auf den Manager warten. Am nächsten Tag, während wir auf den Bus warteten, gab es mehrere Beschwerden von der Hotelrezeption. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

OMG! Where do I start, there is so many things to list what’s wrong with this hotel. I don’t have all day to waste typing a terrible review which it deserves. My only regret is not having a body cam attached, cause for sure an Oscar award for best comedy horror would be a just reward for enduring a single nights stay from the hotel from Hell. Seems like the only thing they got right with this hotel is the name ‘Opera’ (Oscar Award) Deauville (Devil). From the start there was a breakdown in communication due to the fact the receptionists english was reduced significantly. After a long trip and checking-in you might want a nice hot shower before going out. Expect just under warm at best. Instead you might want to top up your body temperature with a cup of hot tea, well, expect to share a tea bag if you are travelling with a partner. When I asked for more tea bags at reception, I was told ‘I gave you that one for free’. Also, the combination of luggage, stairs, and lifts to your room, should flow smoothly like most hotels ‘Right!’… Nope, instead it is the moment your nightmare begins and you start to realise and say to yourself ‘DAMM IT!! why didn’t I F¥€%ing!! read this review on tripadvisor before I booked this hotel from Hell’. Not only did the coffin sized lift breakdown the first night, which meant we had to climb up several flights of a very tiny spiral staircase. Finally getting into our room, we could here our neighbours through the paper thin walls all night. Dusty small rooms, and unclean shower, we couldn’t get out of this hotel quick enough. Honestly not worth the price, pay more if needed but avoid this hotel from Hell, not just for your holiday experience, but more importantly health and safety reasons. You have been warned.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung während meines Aufenthalts im Gardette Park Hotel. Während das Zimmer auf der kleineren Seite war, die in Mittelpaß erwartet werden, gab es mir einen großen Platz. Es wäre auch für ein Paar geeignet, solange sie nicht zu viel Gepäck haben. Das Bett war komfortabel und unglaublich sauber. Einer der Highlights des Zimmers war der Balkon, der die schönen Bäume des Gardette Park überblickte. Im Zimmer war ein Kaffeemaschine, zusammen mit ausreichender Lieferung von Kapseln, Tee und Kehle. Zusätzlich bietet der Rezeption ein Tee, Kaffee und Schokolademaschine, die Gäste jederzeit verwenden können. Obwohl ich nicht die Frühstücksoption gewählt habe, gab es viele nahegelegene Alternativen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre in der Nacht gewährleistete einen ruhigen Schlaf. Die Dame am Empfang (sie spricht Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch sehr gut) war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfreich, so dass meine Interaktion mit dem Personal eine angenehme Erfahrung macht. Die Lage des Hotels war fantastisch, mit einer nahen Nähe zu ausgezeichneten Restaurants, Supermärkten und einem lebendigen Stadtleben (einschließlich Nachtleben). Während ich den Besuch der großen Pariser Attraktionen während dieser Reise nicht vorrangig gemacht habe, waren sie nur 30 Minuten entfernt. Für diejenigen, die vom Flughafen angekommen sind (Ich persönlich verwendete Orly und verließ CDG), war die nächste U-Bahnstation, Richard Lenoir, eine bequeme 10-minute Fußgänger. Wenn Sie jedoch eine beträchtliche Menge an Gepäck zu transportieren haben, gibt es Bus oder Uber Optionen, um die Spazierweiterung zu minimieren. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Gardette Park Hotel sehr erfreulich, und ich empfehle es sehr.

Super Hostel, alles gut 👌 gerne jederzeit wieder. Vor der Haustür ist gleich die Metro, Supermarkt und alles was man benötigt. Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist mega.
