Hotels in der Nähe von Square Alex-Biscarre, Paris

Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel und werden es wieder buchen. Waren mit dem Zimmer, dem Personal und dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden. Frühstück gibt es in einem alten Gewölbekeller, was sehr stimmig ist. Es gab alles, was man sich wünschen konnte. Und es war nie überfüllt, das nette Personal räumte sofort ab, sodass gleich wieder Platz zum frühstücken war. Die Minibar auf dem Zimmer wurde täglich, unentgeltlich mit antialkoholischen Getränken aufgefüllt! Super Service!! Auch in der kleinen Lobby gab es nachmittags gratis Getränke und Snacks.

ottima posizione, tranquillo, pulito con personale cordiale. A noi hanno dato una tripla che in realtà era una doppia adattata, cosa questa che limitava i movimenti all'interno della stanza, e soprattutto non c'era nessun appoggio nemmeno per un solo trolley. L'ultima sera per un problema dell'albergo hanno cambiato stanza dandoci una vera tripla. L'unica pecca, sebbene informati all'arrivo in hotel, non fanno deposito bagagli .

Not what we expected unfortunately. We actually selected this hotel ourselves after researching several. The room was small but we expected that. What we did not expect was to 'lose' part of the room where the roof line cut across the bedroom (if you can imagine getting out of bed and having to duck because the ceiling is only 5 feet high in some parts). We were on the top floor. The room was noisey, but that was in part due to rude neighbours who we complained about (at 2am). The problem was when we went down in the morning to find out what the hotel planned to do about it the manager knew nothing about our complaint as the night manager had not recorded it in the register and obviously had not done anything. But it was not just the noisey neighbours. If you happen to be awake in the middle of the night and the person in the next room goes to the toilet - well you can work the rest out for yourself. I can only imagine that this is due to very thin walls / insulation etc but it is very off-putting. The breakfast room is inadequate - full stop. There is no point trying to fit 30 people into a room which is designed for 15 or 20. The lady at the front desk (I think her name is Natalie and I think she has been mentioned in other reviews) is very good and most helpful - but she can not make up for the other inadequacies. I am not sure what else to say - just disappointed. We stayed at the Best Western Belloy St Germain hotel a couple of weeks later (same star rating) and it was much better.

Letzte Beschwerde: Ich bin an Das Hotel und ich wurde vom Empfangsberater gesagt, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, mit Karte zu bezahlen, weil die Maschine zerbrochen war, so wurde ich zu einem nahe gelegenen ATM geschickt, um Geld zu bekommen. Zu schlecht, dass es aus der Ordnung war und ich musste gehen, um einen anderen zu suchen. Gut habe ich Ich sah in meine Jackentaschen und Taschen und konnte nur genug Geld für das Hotel zerkleinern. Wenn ich irgendwelche Ratschläge geben könnte, lassen Sie den Gast ins Zimmer, wo er einen Atemzug oder das Badezimmer benutzen kann und ihn ein wenig später bezahlen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war gut, die Rezeptionisten waren sehr aufmerksam, das Frühstück war recht umfangreich, die Zimmer waren klein und könnten besser gepflegt werden.

Entschlossen, eine letzte Minute Reise nach Paris zu buchen & mein Partner hatte dieses Hotel als Teil eines Pakets reserviert. Bei der Suche nach dem Hotel war ich sehr skeptisch, wie dieses Hotel wäre und hatte sehr niedrige Standards der Ankunft wegen aller Bewertungen, die ich gelesen habe. Das Zimmer & Hotel war sauber und gemütlich, das Personal ist wunderschön und nichts war für sie ein Problem, das Frühstück wurde schnell und wieder gefüllt, wenn fertig! Nur ein Niedergang ist, wie klein das Badezimmer ist, ziemlich ein Kampf um alles im Badezimmer, wie es alle in so eng verpackt ist & die Matratze war ein wenig unbehaglich, Aber das Stück war nicht zu viel von einem Unbehagen für mich, als die Pissen für es gemacht! Zwei Sterne schlug vor allem für die Größe des Badezimmers und der Matratze, aber kann nicht zu viel aufgrund des bezahlten Preises grumble! Noch sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich geplant und grundsätzlich, aber funktional. Die Person am Rezeption am Tag, an dem ich verließ, war extrem hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen: ca. 100 m von Gare Saint Lazare (und der U-Bahn) und sehr nahe den Geschäften und großen Geschäften in einer sehr lebendigen Nachbarschaft. Ich würde glücklich wieder da bleiben. Großer Wert für Geld.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.
