Ich kam zum 20. Geburtstag nach Paris, und das beste war die Wahl dieses Hotels! Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, seit ich im Hotel ging, Tiifo war spektakulär, er begrüßte mich und meinen Partner wie an keiner anderen Stelle und machte unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich, Christopher von der Rezeption war freundlich, professionell und sehr hilfreich. Jana aus dem Restaurant war erstaunlich, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielen Dank für diese fantastische Erfahrung und die Erinnerungen hier gemacht.

Sehr freundliches Personal, nahe zu allem, Bus direkt draußen. Gutes Essen rund um!!

I have booked the reservation for one night with my baby(1 year). When I came to reception Steve ( aggressive and disgruntled employee) has met us. 1.Firstly, in ultimatum form he told me that the prise will be 4 euros more as it was reserved. I was a little bit chocked but said ok. Then he told me that I should pay this 4 euros now,immediately. I asked to do it in the morning as it was midnight and I was with little baby. He told - right now. I payed. Then he noted something in his computer very long time, during this serving other guests. At last he gave me the key. 2.And I asked about the bed for the baby. He told that he is not going to bring it right now for me. It’s France and no one in France will not. I asked him - is it his rule or it’s official ? He started to shout and scold me as a student that I had to book a hotel in advance. Little remarks : it’s midnight,I’m with the baby on my hands and I have PAYED! I checked up the room and it was 2 different beds-for me and 1 year old baby.. in what way can i sleep there??! 3. Then he told me -if you don’t like my rules I am cancelling your reservation, get out to another hotel.I don’t care.. what??! I asked to call manager.He refused telling that it is he who is managering this night. I asked the coordinations of manager -he refused. Again : midnight,I’m with the baby in the in the suburbs of Paris, in front of me agressive abuser who has cancelled my ! PAYED! reservation… 4. I started to cry as because the situation was hopeless, I think it was his purpose.. then he told - ok, I will give you room with one bed. Nothing to do, I had no chance. What does it mean one bed-it’s 2 beds together. My baby felt down from this bed during the night.. 5. When I took the key and asked his name,he told me -Steve and then added that he is working fo 20 years here and doesn’t care what I’m thinking about him.. I was totally choked.I was destroyed for all night in this nightmare hotel. When I started to analyse the situation i had only one explanation -I have booked the hotel from the RUSSIAN account, however I live in Paris long time. I think it’s the only explication such disgusting behaviour with me and my baby. Conclusion :of course, I don’t recommend you this place. Especially, if you have Russian name or surname. It doesn’t cost the money and your nervous system..

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in Nov 2022 and had a pleasant stay, for a 3 star hotel it was great. We were on the 6th floor and found it very quiet at night, sometimes there's an audible ambulance siren but it's a city so that's to be expected. The bed was comfy and the room was clean when we arrived with excellent daily room service throughout our stay. Staff were nice and spoke English so I didn't have to resort to my clumsy French. The breakfast suited us and although some people might find it a bit basic we liked it - they even had gluten free bread for my wife.

I stayed one night on my own, first the positives: room was clean, bed was comfy, didn’t have any noise overnight, the rate is cheap. But, I had some issues. The bathroom (only that for some reason, not the room at all) smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed side light on one side was broken - no problem as I just slept in the other bed, but would have been a pain if I stayed with my husband as we both like to read in bed. Also as others have said they area isn’t that great, but I was visiting a friend who lived locally so that couldn’t be helped. For me the most frustrating thing was the service. It took 30 minutes to check in, and there were only four people in the queue ahead of me. It was really frustrating. It looked like maybe the systems were slow and also maybe the guests ahead of me had some tricky requests, but 30 mins to wait was just too long. Also I left my phone charger, and the next day emailed the address from my reservation confirmation - I was told it was fine to just go to the reception. Which I did, but they couldn’t find it. I was told I was too late as the cleaning staff had gone home and to come back on Monday (this was a Friday and we left Paris the next morning - I had moved to a different hotel by then). I’m sure they’re not the only hotel to have this system, and possibly the cleaning staff hadn’t found or stored it - but it seems to me a really basic thing to ask cleaning staff to put any found items somewhere accessible so that front office staff can quickly retrieve it for guests that come back to collect forgotten belongings. All of us will be travelers with limited time, and I think it would make sense as a simple way to offer a better customer experience. Also, the head office which received my email could have simply passed on my request so that it was received in time, before the cleaning staff staff left, or let me know that I had go before a certain time. I know it was my responsibility in leaving it, but after taking time out of a short Paris trip to go back to the hotel, it was so frustrating to be told that it could not be found and to come back after the weeked.

Ich erhielt ein Renovierungszimmer, aber es riechte von Farbe und konnte es nicht im Zimmer, weil ich ein anderes Zimmer baue ab 8 Uhr und es ist kalt. Es war schön, eine Mikrowelle zu haben. Ich trinke jeden Tag warme Schokolade auf dem 0. Stock. Gute Wasserreiniger auf der 0. Etage. Die Waschmaschine auf der ersten Etage kann für 5 Euro und Trockner für 4 Euro verwendet werden, so ist es gut, in der Mitte der Reise zu waschen. Allerdings ist die Waschmaschine zu klein, um ein paar Kleidung passen. Am letzten Morgen hatte ich nicht drei Personen, also fragte ich den Rezeptionspersonal, ob zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind im Deluxeraum erlaubt werden könnten. Da es ein Zimmer ist, kann eine Person nicht leben, so ist es unmöglich, so bin ich völlig panikiert. Wohin gehst du in der Mitte der Nacht am Ende musste ich eine zusätzliche 200.000 Siege für ein Drei-Person-Zimmer zahlen, das ich am Morgen nicht hatte. Die Drei-Person-Zimmergebühr ist auch der Tag vor. Es ist 200.000 Siege höher als der Tag vor. Ich kann es nicht glauben, aber es ist spät in der Nacht, so kann ich es nicht helfen. Das Personal kann Informationen nicht teilen. Wenn drei Leute nicht von Anfang an erlaubt wären, würden sie in ein anderes Hotel verbracht. Es ist ein Hotel, das nicht gut für den Preis außer für die gute Lage ist

Super Hostel, alles gut 👌 gerne jederzeit wieder. Vor der Haustür ist gleich die Metro, Supermarkt und alles was man benötigt. Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist mega.

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön und sauber. Wir landen um 11 Uhr und gingen zum Hotel und dachte, wenn wir nicht inchecken konnten, würden wir essen und entspannen, bis unser Zimmer bereit war. Als wir zum Büro kamen, machte die Empfangsperson einen schnurlosen Kommentar über, wie früh wir da waren. Dann sagte sie, dass es ein Zimmer bereit war. Es war wirklich nicht notwendig für die schnurlosen Kommentare, wenn es ein Zimmer zur Verfügung! Dann mussten wir zum Flughafen für einen sehr frühen Flug zu gehen und es war vor dem Shuttle angelaufen, so dass wir einen Taxi beantragten die Nacht vor und der Empfänger stellte es für uns. Am Morgen gab es kein Taxi und niemand am Frontdesk. Ich rang ein paar Mal die Uhr und niemand erschien. Wir waren wirklich spät zum Flughafen nach einem Uber endlich.
