I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. Since the last time, which was many years ago.they have recently done a renovation. They went from 2 stars to 4 stars. They did a nice job. The rooms are very nicely done, as are the bathrooms. The bad news is that they have raised the prices. But the prices do seem comparative to other hotels in the area. The rooms are small so I suggest upgrading to a larger superior room, which I did. My room, #31 was small also, but it had everything one needs: a small fridge with free beverages, a safe, a nice windowed bathroom with a lovely shower, a hair dryer, etc. The beds are very comfortable, the windows block out sound so we slept well. The staff is helpful for whatever you need. The best thing about the hotel is the location. You can walk to many different areas of Paris easily. The left bank area is nice, with many cafes, shops and sights to see close by. It is a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon. They serve a self-serve breakfast every morning in the lobby for a fee or with the room for some promotions. With breads, pastries, jams, granola, scrambled eggs, etc. Overall I recommend this hotel.
