Frühstück gut, allerdings kein Fisch. 1. Zimmer sehr klein, daher Upgrade gewählt. Lage ausgezeichnet.

Ich hatte eine Badewanne angefragt, die jedoch nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Die Zimmer sind für den verlangten Preis klein und die Matratze ist sehr hart.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ein geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer und sehr komfortabel. Sehr gut gelegen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, es liegt direkt neben der Oper und ist sehr praktisch, um das Zentrum von Paris zu erkunden. Einkaufszentren und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist groß. Es gab jedoch keinen Duschvorhang, sodass der Boden sehr nass wurde und leicht überschwemmt wurde. Und der Zimmerboden war auch ein wenig nass, da die Toilette jede Nacht überschwemmt wurde. Man muss ein Handtuch als Unterlage auf den Boden legen, damit es bis zum nächsten Morgen trocknet. Abgesehen von dem Toilettenproblem ist dies insgesamt ein gutes Hotel und ich würde wiederkommen.

Location is great, room was okay sized for a hotel in Paris, but the sink in the bathroom and the bath tub were both very clogged and took ages to drain the water. And we were informed by the receptionist that guests would need to pay extra (about €60-70) for the spa facilities which we didn’t expect based on the name of the hotel. Definitely not worth the value.

Everything was so smooth and the place is close to major shopping centre,close to metro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

great staff and clean room, central location. would just recommend to do something with shower, even you careful and and take a 10min shower, water will flooding in the bathroom as no curtains.. otherwise all great

It was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel location is superb convenient, with walking distance to the Printemps shopping mall and Galeries Lafayette shopping mall. There are a few metro stations nearby, which are Auber station and Opera station. The Roissy Bus station (bus direct to the CDG airport) is also within 200meter from the hotel. There is a beautiful lounge at the lobby for customers to take a break and have a sip of coffee. The water dispenser machine is available at every floor for customers to take drinking water as well. Overall, the hotel is value for money and strongly recommended.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The manager, Stefano, truly made our experience exceptional. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, he went above and beyond to help us — offering very practical advice on how to handle the situation, providing us with some essential items to use during our stay, and comforting us with kind and supportive words at a time when we were feeling quite frustrated. His professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a stressful start into a much more manageable experience. The hotel itself is clean, neat, and tidy, with rooms that are reasonably sized and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (which makes shopping extremely convenient) and about a 20-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great variety of dining options. We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers — couples, families, and especially visitors who are not planning to drive, as everything you need is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. Thank you to Stefano and the entire team for making our Paris stay so pleasant and memorable!
