Nice hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location near the metro. You might hear a voice on the street at night, but that's fine with me. The bar at the end of the street also nice.

I don’t know why the overall rating was low, but for me it’s a good hotel, location-wise is excellent, restaurants and supermarkets are downstairs. Overall good excel toilet location, which is odd.

Fake photos, indeed rooms’ conditions are terrible…

I liked this hotel; it is quite, the view is worth every penny. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. The price is reasonable, or best-value. So I would recommend to all

實在太可怕了這個酒店，一股不知道什麼氣味，又吵，浴室和廁所都要多人公用。

The room wasn't expensive and the breakfast was cheap and good. The room was not isolated very well because we could hear a lot and the room was pretty small. But very good choice for small budget.

Good accommodation for the price and right around the corner from the Metro. Room was well sized and serviced daily. Shared shower and toilets were alright. Not the best area of Paris to stay in - was very loud and did not feel safe outside at night. But again, excellent accommodation for the price you pay.

Convenient location with 2 grocery stores, 3 boulangeries, 1 patisserie, internet shop, metro a few feet away, marchee around the corner, rotisserie next door, cafe on the corner.

Nice and helpful staff and clean hotel It has only two showers for the whole hotel and the toilets are super inconvenient and tiny, but for that price you can not ask for much in Paris.

Based on some traveler’s reviews I was a bit put off and started thinking about alternatives. Actually, it wasn’t that bad and based on price and location, an affordable choice. So to all those who expect 5-star for the price of one, go elsewhere.

Not recommended very small room no shower and toilet inside the room

It was good enough for the single night's stay. As with many budget hotels it's decor throughout could be refreshed.

The cost of the hotel was really low for Paris, but they really don't do anything to make the customer feel welcomed. Room on the 5th floor without a lift, no help offered, preposterous beds with small and wider mattresses than the structure, cleanliness at the limit, no possibility of having breakfast or offering it for less at the nearby bar. Experience not to be repeated

Room tidy with comfortable beds. Little stairs and shared shower & WC but clean.
