Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Gutes Frühstück. Allerdings mussten sie uns den Filter für den Wasserkocher in Rechnung stellen. Wir hätten ihn angeblich entfernt. Stattdessen zahlten wir für den Wasserkocher.

Gute Lage für uns. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, aber ich schlage vor, die Sauberkeit zu überprüfen, denn als wir unser Zimmer betraten, waren Fliegen in unserem Schlafzimmer und es roch auch ein bisschen (kein Hotelgeruch). Außerdem schlage ich vor, dass Sie bitte an der Adresse Ihres Aufzugs die Lage Ihres Swimmingpools angeben, da nur „Ballsaal“ darauf steht. Die Lage des Bidets ist etwas verwirrend. Ich bat um ein zusätzliches Kissen, da sie nur 1 Kissen zur Verfügung stellten.

Sehr zufrieden mit der Rezeption, dem Pagen und den Empfangsmitarbeitern. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und der Preis angemessen. Die Lage ist großartig!

Die Lage im Sequoia ist wirklich schön und sehr erschwinglich. Das ist mein Lieblingshotel, wenn ich ein Konzert in der Moa Arena besuche. Alle Mitarbeiter sind nett und das Hotel fühlt sich teuer an. Und ein Pluspunkt für den Innenpool. Den Fernseher benutze ich nicht wirklich, aber manchmal habe ich kein Signal.

Die Lage ist in der Nähe von COD, aber es ist trotzdem ein ziemlicher Fußmarsch, da alles in dieser Gegend weit auseinander liegt. Viele kleine, winzige Kakerlaken, die wie Käfer aussehen, im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber der Müll wurde nicht weggebracht. Handtücher werden nicht richtig gereinigt. Viele Bettwanzen. Das WLAN im Gebäude ist schrecklich, das Mobilfunknetz sogar noch schlechter. Das Schlafzimmer ist trotzdem groß und geräumig.

Did not accept us to check in at 2pm until i showed my confirmation. Booked for 3 persons but only gave us 2 towels. Empty parking space. Good choices for breakfast.

Positive Feedback: I enjoyed my stay at Sequoia Hotel, especially because the room was spacious and perfect for families. The addition of a sofabed was a great touch and added to the comfort of the space. Negative Feedback: Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the pool. It had a noticeable smell and seemed to lack proper maintenance, which made it less enjoyable. Reason for Booking: I chose this hotel for its convenient location. It's walking distance to City of Dreams, where I work and perform as a singer at night. Special Occasion: We also celebrated my papa's birthday during our stay, which made it even more memorable.

I really appreciate the service they did for my mom when we checked in! I told them days ago that it was my mom’s birthday. They took note of that and made the room extra special with the neon light and the towel art. They also took note of the extra bed la we requested really well! Staff are really accommodating and friendly. :)

Location: 5/5 The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main shopping district and some great local restaurants. If you're a tourist, it's ideally located for exploring the city's major attractions. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the nearby museum, which was a nice touch! Check-in/Check-out: 4/5 The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. However, there was a slight delay with my room being ready (about 30 minutes past check-in time), but the staff apologized and offered complimentary drinks while I waited, which was appreciated. Check-out was equally easy and fast. Room: 4.5/5 The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. I had a king-sized bed with plush bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The room also featured a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, and plenty of charging ports (always a plus). My only minor complaint was that the bathroom could have used a bit more lighting, as it felt a bit dim at times, especially in the evenings. However, the rainfall shower was amazing! Amenities: 4/5 The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with great views of the city skyline, perfect for evening cocktails. The pool area was also nice, though a bit smaller than I expected. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated that it was open 24 hours. I did not dine at the hotel’s restaurant, but the breakfast buffet looked delicious, with a variety of fresh options. Staff: 5/5 What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Every team member, from housekeeping to the concierge, was attentive and courteous. They made me feel truly welcomed and were always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. Value for Money: 4/5 While the hotel is on the pricier side, I felt it was worth it for the location and quality of service. The amenities and comfort level made it a great choice for a short stay. Overall Experience: 4.5/5 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grandview Hotel. It provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the area, and I’ll certainly be returning for future trips!
