Downtown Park

We recently had a three night stay at Downtown Park and the whole experience was extremely positive. Our one bedroom apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. The reception staff were highly professional, very friendly and provided lots of helpful information. The apartments are well located, being close to the mall (which has an excellent supermarket), and also in reasonable walking distance to the old town and major tourist sights. Highly recommended for a stay in Paphos.

Stayed for a week in a 3-bed apartment in block 3. The apartment was stunning, spacious and comfortable with a good kitchen and everything we needed from robes and slippers to washing tablets for the machine. When we arrived there was a bowl of fruit, basket of snacks, and fridge had drinks. The nespresso machine was a great touch. The room was cleaned three times during our stay. We opted for a late checkout which cost extra. Apartment within walking distance of loads of shops, cafes, bars, the mall, and a few sightseeing things. Beach five mins walk. Staff were all really helpful. We booked the gym for an hour slot - it is bookable by one party at a time so you have it to yourself and can use the sauna too. The games room looked fun but wasn’t used. There are two pools - one on the roof of block 3 and the other in the centre of the complex, which loses the sun at lunchtime for a few hours. Terrace comfy with great beds but the pools are not heated. On the website it says the pools are temperature controlled but they are unheated. They were both freezing - the kids still used them quite a bit and the adults braved a quick swim but it was not exactly pleasurable. This is the only reason the place doesn’t get five stars - the miscommunication on the website. If you are visiting outside the hottest months and a pool is a must-have, maybe this is not the complex for you.

This is a great place to stay, we booked a few months before and I must say all the communication and service was excellent. You get texts and help form the day before and throughout the stay which was so helpful. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Christina, Boris, Elisavet and Boris. The complex is near the Kings Mall about 5 mins walk and 20 min walk to Harbour and 5/10 mins to Lighthouse beach, We found it an ideal location for us and we don't mind walking and their are loads of bars and restaurants nearby. We really liked the Green corner bar which is just outside the complex and also has cheap drinks, happy hour and friendly staff. The rooms are great, we had a 1 bed Exec Cabana , good size , really clean , modern furniture and well kitted out , a Large Tv in Lounge with all Sky channels and VOD and one in bedroom with fireTv , In kitchen , dishwasher, washing machine ,Nespresso coffee machine , Fridge freezer and all cutlery etc. The beds are so comfortable and we had our own area with sunbeds at front but unfortunately it was always in the shade but that never bothered us as we used the sunbeds on other side of pool that you got the sun all day. The pool I must say is cold but was okay for me as you needed to cool down . If your thinking of a stay in Paphos and want a very clean , modern and a place with friendly helpful staff then book here you will not be disappointed , We are already going to book next years Holiday here .

Downtown Park is simply fabulous! It is a luxury complex where everything has been thought of. The apartment was right out of a glossy magazine! From the moment that we entered it we were blown away by how nice it was. My kids loved the infinity pool, and my wife and I managed to escape them at one point to the roof top pool on one of the other buildings! The kids also really enjoyed the super well equipped gaming room! Location is excellent for getting around the city and there is a beach ten minutes walk away. Having said all of that, the biggest plus point about Downtown Park is the staff! Before we even arrived in Paphos they called me to ask what time we we would check in so as to make sure someone would be waiting to greet us. From the moment we met Stefan as we arrived, until the moment we left, all the staff we met and interacted with were excellent. One of the first things Stefan asked was what time our departure flight was so that he could check if he could give us a late checkout if needed. Stefan took us to our apartment and showed us every thing we needed to know and gave us advice where we could get food at that hour. It was a very warm welcome. The next day I couldn’t find how to get to the pool so asked one of the cleaners. Rather than tell me where it was, she stopped what she was doing and escorted me to the pool, with a warm smile. It may seem like nothing but these little things make for a great overall experience! I cannot recommend Downtown Park highly enough! Thank you for a great visit!

Amazing experience throughout our trip! Great team! Lovely apartments and everything is well thought for family with kids! Special shootout to the cleaners as the property was amazingly clean and spotless and we travelled a lot. Perfect!
