no amenties in room, foor quality of food and dining hall very poor condition no prpoer housekeeping and its not worth 3000rs

while booking showed it is superior room with 144 sq ft... but when I checked in it was so small that only walls were beside me. next time please don't see pictures shown

This is my first time experience with such a miserable hotel stay. Location is good, very old hotel, washroom accessories are broken.

The hotel rooms are pathetic and very small in size, the furniture is old and lots of insects around, free breakfast is pathetic too, over prices with very bad location and congested area would rate is 1 becoz nothing less than one

Hotel's location was ok centrally located but rooms was not so good but price was so high. Not even they served dinner. In this price we can stay at 3 to 4 star hotel thanks

As per rate, hotel was not upto the mark, issue of cleanliness and maintenance was there. But staff is very good.

Treehouse neptune inn never book this hotel by seeing photos. When we checked in the hotel there was no elevator working, we went by walk on fourth floor and the was full of water in the room as the hotel person was saying rain has came into the room. So it’s rain proof hotel and no safety in this hotel. You’ll be amazed to see it as a scary house not a hotel as it has to be.

The hotel was unkept. he reality was completely opposite. The place smelled bad.
