Familienaufenthalt in einem Universitätswohnheim. Das Zimmer war akzeptabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ziemlich gut. Die Rezeptionisten und Barkellner waren sehr freundlich.

Big room with good kitchen in room. Good facilities downstairs and love the calm and dynamic atmosphere.

Overall, I quite like the hotel. You have all you need at the hotel. The Reception so helpful.

All good except no compassionate of early checkin even room is available.

Waar je verder uitstekend geholpen word door de dienst doende conciërge. Grote ruime parkeergarage onder het hotel Heel safe vonden wij. Meer dan prima kamer Heel rustig Met alle voorzieningen , zelfs bio koffie en erg goed groot bed! Ontbijt ook echt prima Aanrader zou ik zeggen..

À 10 minutes de la gare à pied, entouré de beaucoup de moyens de transport, l’hôtel se place dans le cœur de la ville. Le personnel est gentil, avenant avec les clients et très respectueux. L’hôtel est moderne, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dedans et bien plus encore ( salle de sport, billard, cinema…) Les appart-chambres sont tres fonctionnel, moderne, propre. Elles disposent de tout. Mention spéciale pour l’hygiène, c’est extrêmement propre, ça sent bon dans les chambres.

I am writing this review to share the serious issues and significant financial loss I have experienced with ECLA Massy-Palaiseau, facilitated through Science Accueil. Here is a summary of the situation: 1. I initially submitted a form through Science Accueil, clearly stating my request for a studio rental for 2 months starting September 1st, 2024. 2. I was initially offered a rental with a monthly rent of €890, an admin fee of €300, and a deposit of €950, totaling €2140, which I was asked to pay upfront. 3. I made the payment and sent the receipt. 4. I then received the contract along with instructions on what I needed to do next. 5. I noticed an error in the contract dates, informed them, and requested a correction. I did not sign the contract. 6. Subsequently, I was informed that there was a mistake in the initial offer and received a new proposal with significantly higher rent: €1638 per month, a deposit of €250, and the following payment structure: For September 2024: €1638, October: €1638, November: €1638 They also stated that my initial payment of €2140 would be credited towards this new proposal, and I would need to pay an additional €3024 to reserve the apartment. There are several issues with this new proposal: a. They said "the old contract that you signed is void." - But guess what? I have never ever signed any contract. b. They themselves acknowledge that the previous offer is void. c. They accepted my initial payment of €2140, yet the new offer has no valid legal basis, making the initial payment unjustified. d. They mentioned they would request a refund from Garantme, but Garantme is unaware of any refund. I have emailed Garantme and included ECLA, who are asking for confirmation of the cancellation. I have experienced significant inconvenience and financial loss due to this situation and have not received any response or resolution. Therefore, I am lodging a serious complaint against this institution and seeking immediate assistance and resolution.

I feel they are cheating the residents. They ask a lot for the deposit. Besides the rent they tell you at the beginning or in their web sites, they will charge you for extra. My apartment was not clean properly. I saw lots of dirt everywhere, there were insects in my apartment. The bathroom was smelling like hell. They said it is because it was not used for one month and it will be fine after few days. But during my entire stay in ECLA campus it was stinking. I complained many times but they did not do anything. The bedding was damaged and the pillow was stinking like hell. They just changed the pillow. It was very noisy , the walls and the windows are not noise protected. At the beginning they say the rent something including the charges, but then you will see they find lots of excuses to charge you. For example based on the floor you have chosen they add some charges, then for I-service then at the end of the contract they tell you about garbage tax while it was expected to be included in the rent. At the beginning of July I informed them that I will check out by Aug 1. They charged me not only for the entire July but also charged me for the first day of August not only for the rent but also for I-service of the entire August. While I have checked out July 28. And got knows how much they will deduct from the deposit. It was a bad experience for me and I will never rent a room/apartment from ECLA. I do not suggest it. Try to fix everything at the beginning with them otherwise they will cheat you as much as they can.

ECLA infesté de punaise de lit depuis la première nuit. punaise en pleine journée. oblige le respect d'un préavis de 1 mois. le premier logement de secours proposé était occupé. le deuxieme infesté et avec une odeur d'égout. à fuir et à ne surtout pas visiter

Мой опыт, наверно, самый ужасный вообще в истории заселения отелей, хотя я путешествую давно и много и такое у меня впервые. До отеля невозможно дозвониться, в течение трех недель тщетно пытались пять человек в Париже, так как из России это очень дорого и моя попвтка тоже не увенчалась успехом. Дозвониться пытались из-за того, что изначально при бронировании была допущена ошибка с адресом, выбран не тот отель, с кем не бывает. Деньги были оплачены, дозвониться нужно было, чтобы поменять адреса. В итоге якобы ту бронь отменили, сделали возврат и сказали, чтоб на месте расплатиться, деньги якобы придут в течение недели. Когда приехала, был вообще ужас. Деньги по возврату не пришли и с меня потребовали полную оплату за новую бронь. У меня не было в наличии такой суммы, я просила заселить хотя бы на пару суток тогда, на что произошла следующая ситуация. На сайте и на букинге указано, что в отеле заселение до 00.00, на ресепшене по факту - до 18.00, далее сотрудник ушёл на уикенд. После него остался секюрити, который ничего не делает, только выдаёт ключи. Меня в итоге не заселили, так как никто это сделать не смог на тот момент. В результате еще в этом отеле проживает некая Розалия, которая меня обокрала ещё, когда я просила её вызвать такси для меня в другой отель. Я была очень расстроена этой ситуацией и не могла понять, почему такое жестокое отношение к гостям, а две девушки, которые решили мне помочь, ещё и воспользовались моим состоянием и когда вставала, вытащили у меня из поясной сумки кошелёк со всеми моими деньгами для путешествия. Поняла это я уже на месте, когда была в другом отеле. Конечно, они уже уехали и тратили мои деньги. Я написала заявление в полицию, в отеле никто не собирался решать мою проблему, всем было глубоко плевать и не проявили ни капли сочувствия или понимания. Когда я пришла через день к этому же специалисту, который нагло покинул рабочее место в разгар всей истории, я ткнула его в те часы, которые указаны были на букинге, что это было несправедливо. И что делают с людьми, которые приходят после 18.00, на улицу отправляют что ли. Он сказал, что я же не пришла после 18.00, так что это не мой случай. Очень явно налицо издевательство над болью человека, никакого профессионального отношения. Просто хладнокровное наплевательство, деньги за Масси Палазо до сих пор не вернули. И украденые пока тоже.

J'ai apprécié l'hôtel sur tout ils ont accueillants en plus la salle de sport le petit-déjeuner l'état de la chambre .Il suffit juste de réserver et voire la suite . Tu es là-bas et tu te sent en sécurité .J'ai adoré qu'amême tout est propre là-bas

Service pitoyable . Appartement mal équipé , rien pour écouter la vaisselle et la réponse est : allez en acheter . Pack avec TV, 1er jour la TV laissée en carton, 2ème jour TV déballée et laissée par terre.m au pied du lit !! Réponse , c’est la ou les prises sont mais rien pour la poser , si vous voulez la surélever aller acheter un meuble !!! À éviter !!!!

Résidence étudiante au top, les appartements sont pratiques et bien équipés. On se sent à l'aise et il ya pleins d'activités à faire, je suis restée 3 mois et j'ai adoré pouvoir rencontrer tant de personnes et de me sentir en sécurité avec toujours quelqu'un de présent pour m'aider. C'est un endroit parfait pour vivre quand on est jeune.
