According to the price service was not good, room, bed sheet, toilet is not clean, kately milk powder sugar, tea was not available at room, manager says this service is not complementary, toilet tabs and shower is corrosion pipes.

Hotel is very good and in good location. Rooms are very good, neat and clean. Room service is also excellent and person at reception was very co-operation and humble. Restaurant of hotel is very good neat and clean. Food quality is very good. We really enjoyed during our stay and we recommend to stay in this hotel.

My one sentence feedback may be 'pricewise it's not a good hotel '. The room is very congested. The washroom is not appreciable. Complementary breakfast is for 'name shake. Yes! the room level staff is good.

The hotel was not as it was shown in pics. Extremely dirty and not well maintained need refund or i'm not booking with mmt again

Very poor house keeping, cockroach 🪳 everywhere even in food on the serving tray, poor room service, dirty linen, dirty washrooms, overall regret to stay at this filthy place

Room was spacious with all comfort but a little inconvenience. Charging point given at bed was not working. On complaining about it, the reception *** told to charge your mobile at other charging point. The sufficient no of clothes hangers were not provided in room. After asking, they provided it. The use towel was hanging in bathroom. On complaining they provided another one. No bottle water was provided as complimentary in the room. You have to purchase the water bottle at reasonable price of rs 20/bottle. However their hotel filter water was given in jug. Restaurant food items is good and tasty with a little bit more price. The restaurant service was good. Mr rahul ji, receptionist is a good person by heart. We have to go to station in night to pick up the train 1 hours before since we're senior citizens. But he advised me to remain in hotel. I will manage your arrival at station 15 minutes before. He told "abhi station par jakar, kaha garmi auro um-ash mai paraisan hongai. " overall stay was pleasant. I recommend it.

1) rooms were not ready as per check in time. 2) approach area floor housekeeping was very dirty. 3) bathrooms were dirty. Overall 4 restaurant food 3. This is about pallavi int varanasi

The location of ram krupa inn is fine, as it is right beside the high way but parking space is an issue. Room was clean & decent. Staff were also courteous. Food served by the restaurant was also delicious & reasonably priced.

Worst hotel i have stayed in lifetime. Geyser was not working and there were two mouse in our room. There people said that room will not get changed because mouse will not do anything. Please remove this hotel from mmt.
