在酒店前台寄存兩小時行李，然後去機場晚上航班回國。回國打開行李箱才發現，我前一晚買的Burberry卡包被偷。因為收拾行李時卡包還在，只有寄存前台兩小時，行李箱離開過我，所以我非常確定是酒店人員偷盜。反映攜程聯繫酒店後無果。説實話，距離這麼遠，本身我也沒有抱着能找回來的想法，但是作為星級酒店，竟然發生這種事情，我非常無語。這是我作為攜程會員，第一次評論酒店，我必須讓大家知道真實情況。我希望攜程在推薦酒店時，國外酒店的安全性起碼應該放到第一位。

位置優越，就在High Street ，聖瑪利大教堂對面；房間新裝修 佈置養眼 床品舒適；服務熱情周到，有自己的小後院可以免費停車。 推薦！

酒店位置絕佳，風格文藝，房間設施比較新，非常乾淨整潔，入住很愉快！15：00入住，我們到得早，原打算先存行李，結果直接讓我們入住了，非常感謝！

貴在位置極佳 房間不大但新 早餐太貴30胖一個人 提供拖鞋 服務態度好 停車場在酒店後免費停車 需提前聯繫去停車場路線 。

酒店的地理位置得天獨厚，美中不足的是房間很小。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Bank Hotel, everything is first class. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city but surprisingly our room was peaceful and quiet. We had a stunning view and the room was clean and well equipped, lovely little extras like fresh fruit and cookies, tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the turn down service at night. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again .

The location and the food are the big pluses of this hotel. If your room is on the backyard, it could get a bit noisy at night from the outdoor restaurant. Otherwise the room was fine. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip through England and Wales. Lunches and dinners are also good and quite convenient if you’re walking around town. As an additional benefit, the hotel has a private parking lot for guests, which is quite convenient when you have a car in Oxford.

My wife and I stayed here for a two night leisure break during early December. We had stayed here once before many years ago and it was a default choice to return. The hotel is far from cheap but it's very nice indeed and right in the middle of Oxford, so easily walkable to pretty much anywhere in the centre of the city. We booked a Deluxe room and stayed in Room 40. It's on the top floor overlooking High Street (and the Radcliffe Camera). That's exactly what we wanted - it's quiet, with little noise from the street, but still has a beautful view (probably lower ceiling than rooms on lower floors but we didn't care about that). The bedroom and bathroom were lovely, just what you would expect from a luxury boutique hotel like this. The room had nice touches like very nice tea and coffee and moreish home-made complimentary biscuits etc. The public areas of the hotel are very smart too. We didn't dine in the hotel restaurant because my recollection from last time was that - unlike the rest of the hotel - it's slightly characterless and would probably be a bit noisy when full. I wouldn't change my mind having been back (it's more a brasserie type venue that would be good for breakfast or lunch but not for an intimate couple's dinner for example). The complementary car park behind the hotel is a big asset, but make sure to pre-book your place (the hotel actually contacted us to offer this proactively). The entrance to the car park is very narrow and I wouldn't like to try getting a full sized vehicle into it (although it's possible, someone had got a Discovery into it somehow when we were there). Front desk and housekeeping were discreet, efficient, warm and welcoming. Overall, top notch hotel. We won't consider anywhere else next time we visit Oxford.

Stated here from a family member graduation. Excellent facilities; comfortable bed; hot shower; brightly lit room (hotel rooms are generally too dark); and very yummy cookies. However; absolutely no mobile phone service (not their fault); and very poor internet - which you constantly had to reconnect to!!!

This hotel is very well located to visit Oxford. Rooms are well appointed and breakfast is plentiful and good. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Weak point is the free WiFi which tends to disconnect you all too often. Having twin beds adjacent to each other negates the concept of separate beds Our room was quiet as requested, windows do not open

We stayed for one night and wish we’d had longer. We received a very warm welcome and could check in a little earlier. We stayed in room 33 which looks over the back of the hotel. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable with high quality linen. A fully stocked minibar/fridge. Shower was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Food in the restaurant was delicious - as were the cocktails. I can’t fault it!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Oxford. We had a lovely room and the staff were very helpful and accommodating!! The restaurant attached was excellent. Top spot to stay when in Oxford - the hotel was central to everything - we walked everywhere and could duck back to rest or whatever throughout the stay!!
