Bestes Hotel in dieser Ecke. Alles sehr sauber, guter Service und gutes Essen/Buffet. Die Bar im dritten Stock ist auch gut sortiert(Martell, Macallan, Glen Ord,…) und die Barkeeperin Anne immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Für mich ein Highlight und verdiente fünf Sterne. Volle Empfehlung!

The room is smaller than my expect compared to previous booking. The food during puasa is less but good thing is got dim sum. The parking indoor only available after you have guess card.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, as I was unable to adjust it to my desired temperature. I promptly informed the front desk before leaving the hotel for some time. When I returned, I was informed that the issue had been addressed, and I was told that the temperature variation was limited to 3 degrees. For example, if set at 28°C, the temperature would remain around 25°C. However, later that night, the air conditioning became excessively cold. I have attached pictures and videos for your reference. Despite attempting to increase the temperature and restarting the system several times, I was unable to achieve a comfortable setting. This situation caused significant discomfort during my stay. As I have had pleasant experiences at your hotel in the past, I am writing to bring this matter to the attention of your management. I kindly request an acknowledgment and a response regarding this issue. I lodge this complaint at the hotel, they acknowledge received my email but after 5 days no reply

My stay at The Light Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, complete with a comfortable bed. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delectable, and the ambiance was enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place is simply amazing!!! Worth every ringgit spent!!! Walking distance to sunway carnival mall and a lot of nasi kandar eateries.
