Very nice, compact room with stunning views and in a good central location. The check in process was simple and easy with self-check in avaliable, there was also minimal noise from other travellers which allowed for a very good sleep.

I was never in my life, asked anywhere in the world my phisycal debit card for "eventual damages" as long as I paid the hotel Card and through a service like trip.com. I'm sure if eventual damages were to occur they could've took it up with trip.com. Aside this everything was nice, kinda small but ok for backpacking

Smart hotel is comfy and very eco friendly. Located central in the city it is convenient and near a range of attractions and restaurants.

Great place, everything is pretty much perfect, apart from no air conditioner. It was pretty hot in oslo when I stayed and the room felt like a sauna. The window looked into an enclosed area so there was no breeze either.

The service is fine but the single room is quite small. It's OK for Solo travelers

Nice hotel right next to most attractions in the City, if you looking for a budget hotel in the city this is the one, we stayed in the small double room though the room is small but if you just using it to sleep and shower and then spend most of the day out its perfect. Big lobby downstairs for comfort and outdoor area too.

It was good however it’s sad that you have to wait till 2 pm for check in or pay additional money

The room is compact, clean and nice. Nice to stay for solo travellers.

I realised the stain on my sheet but I informed the staff about and they were quick to change it. Other than this I was great I would stay here again.
