One of the best hotel in Osaka. The location, the view and amenities are all perfect. Plus the easy check in and check out process. Will surely get back here!

The hotel check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I did not receive the email confirmation for my hotel reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no staff at the front desk to assist me, and my calls went unanswered. Without the registration number, I was unable to get help. After contacting the trip.com staff, they were able to email me the registration information. Once I had the necessary details, the hotel provided me with a room number and door key. However, the door key did not work. I contacted the trip.com staff again, but they were unable to reach the hotel staff. We spent a total of 3 hours in the area without access to air conditioning. The hotel eventually explained that this was a system error, and the key code could not be used to enter the room. The inability to reach the hotel staff and the malfunctioning door key created an extremely frustrating and unpleasant check-in experience. The hotel's local contact number also went straight to voicemail. If you are considering this hotel, I would advise allowing extra time to handle potential issues, as the lack of responsive staff and technical problems can significantly disrupt your travel plans. Nice for having 3 beds room types, room space are enough for placing the luggages. Most of the home-use facilities are included. Great experience for accommodation.

房間設施及寬敞度物超所值，入住退房全部平板裝置自助辦理，只是凌晨四點火災警鈴大作。現場無任何服務人員，只能先跑。到了一樓，保全消防分隊都來了。折騰了將近一小時。無任何解釋與說明。

地點方便，鄰近JR新今宮站和通天閣，自助入住退房簡單方便，酒店房間寬敞，有齊爐具煮食，十分方便一家大小，聯絡客服時亦很快回覆，值得推介。

가족들과 함께 오사카의 첫날을 보냈던 잊지못할 숙소 체크인시 바코드와 예약번호등 꼼꼼히 하셔야되요^^ 사람이 상주하는 것이 아니라 조금 헤맸네요 한국분 인터폴로 친절히 상담해두셔서 감사히 들어갔습니다. 방은 그리 큰편은 아니였지만 가격대비 깔끔하고 청소기나 빨랫대 세탁기 텔레비젼등 필요한 것들 다 준비되있어요 동네가 일본의 조용하고 한적한 마을같은 곳이여서 일본의 진짜 모습과 여행의 피로감을 풀기에 좋았어요 거리가 조금 있지만 조금만 걷거나 택시로 이동시 갈 수 있는 곳의 선택폭이 정말 좋았어요 다음에도 또 묶고 십습니다. 다만 샤워장에서 꿉꿉한 냄새가 심하게나서 좀 불편했어요 개선이 필요합니다.그것만 뺀다면 저는 다~좋았어요 다시 그리워지는 오사카의 첫여행 기억에 남는방입니다

位置也算是方便我在新今宮站走去也很快 民宿很乾淨 地方很大、有露台 很近通天閣 住3晚、服務人員也有放新的毛巾和支裝水在門口 入住前2天已經收到電郵派發門口密碼 因為之前遇過不負責任的經營者😵在門口等了很久才能進去 會再入住同品牌的民宿

門口都入唔到！都唔知係咩酒店！打埋長途電話都冇人幫到手！

부모님과 함께 갔는데 부모님도 너무 만족하셨고 저도 너무 좋았습니다 급하게 예약했는데 저렴하게 깨끗하고 넓고 편한방에서 좋았어요ㅋㅋ

酒店地理位置还算不错，附近有几个不同的铁路站，最近的一个走过去大概5分钟距离難波只有一个站，很方便。由check-in至check out全部自助式，需要email同酒店聯絡溝通，回覆都算快。check out之後發現漏咗太陽眼鏡喺酒店，email講咗之後，職員都好快覆我可以隨時返去取。 房間配套齊全可以自己煮嘢食，很方便。附近有一間好大嘅Donki和Family Mart。 總體體驗不錯，下次會再住呢間

第一次住民宿，很擔心衛生問題，果然一入門口，地下一隻小蟲，再望一望床上又一隻，幸之後冇再發現。樓下有自助洗店，同一條街有一間屋台串燒（推）但只有4隻枱。新今宮JR只3分鐘路途，方便👍🏻

호텔은 넓고 쾌적했습니다 오래되었지만 관리를 잘 하는 것 같았어요 수압이쎄고 배수도 잘되었어요 수영장도 넓어 너무 좋았고 자쿠지가 있어 체온 조절하기 좋았습니다
