Namba Eslead is a nice place to stay if you do not require any housekeeping. Washing machine is provided, there is also a vacuum cleaner that you can use to vacuum on your own. Stayed for 5 nights, and was ok to do some basic cleaning when necessary. Found the check in and check out efficient and hassle free.

Room is very clean and new. Easy and fast self check-in. All the amenities is complete and one thing different compare to other Japan hotel is very spacious as we got four luggage and it's can easily open & close without any space constraints. Will highly recommend this hotel to my friends if they plan to go Osaka.

The hotel check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I did not receive the email confirmation for my hotel reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no staff at the front desk to assist me, and my calls went unanswered. Without the registration number, I was unable to get help. After contacting the trip.com staff, they were able to email me the registration information.
Once I had the necessary details, the hotel provided me with a room number and door key. However, the door key did not work. I contacted the trip.com staff again, but they were unable to reach the hotel staff. We spent a total of 3 hours in the area without access to air conditioning. The hotel eventually explained that this was a system error, and the key code could not be used to enter the room.
The inability to reach the hotel staff and the malfunctioning door key created an extremely frustrating and unpleasant check-in experience. The hotel's local contact number also went straight to voicemail. If you are considering this hotel, I would advise allowing extra time to handle potential issues, as the lack of responsive staff and technical problems can significantly disrupt your travel plans.

Has all u need in a room, best feature was warming room which can be used to dry washed clothes very efficiently. Jeans can be dried in a day. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice for having 3 beds room types, room space are enough for placing the luggages. Most of the home-use facilities are included. Great experience for accommodation.
