(-) Der Mülleimer ist voll und der Müll quillt über, der Boden der Frisierkommode ist voller Haare, die ausgefallen sind, wenn die Gäste darauf geblasen haben. 5 star hotel at 3 star prices. So many plus points that made this hotel a real gem. Fridge is big with 2 free beers n juices. Nice coffee machine at room n free coffee at reception. Comfy long sofa n bed. Huge bathroom with big bath tube n bidet toilet. Provided handphone charger, pyjamas, pillows, blankets n iron at your choice. Beautiful roof top seating area at 10th floor. Gd size indoor onsen n outdoor individual bath tube onsen. Right downstairs is a shopping street n 5 mins to juso station. Early check-in with additional fee. All services excellent. Only bad point is no YouTube on Hugh TV so had to see own hp movie daily. But we will Def patronise again.

I chose the up to hotel decide choice based on that day's availability and I am happy to get a double bed (non-smoking). The room is clean and tidy with bright lightings. Overall, the amenities and decorations are pretty new. Especially, like the internal rooftop onsen and sauna, which I do not need to purposely find a cosy and nice onsen place. There are also self-service washers and dryers with a small fee. Keep up the good work!

Great location, ＜ 5 minutes walk from Juso metro station with many food options nearby. In addition, there are convenience stalls (7-11, family mart, lawson) nearby for quick purchases. Onsen in hotel is good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS 1. The room’s pictures in the advertisement were misleading. They showed a laundry machine in the room, which was the main reason I booked this place, but no such machine was present, and this was not mentioned anywhere. 2. The room is extremely small. The desk and chair are so cramped that even a thin person can barely sit or use them comfortably. 3. I requested an upgrade to a double room, but they charged an additional 4,000 yen. Shockingly, the double room is the same size as the single room, just with two beds squeezed in. There’s barely any space to stand or walk, making it feel like the entire room is filled with beds. 4. The hotel misrepresents its beds. They push two single beds together and call it a deluxe double bed. The gap in the middle is so wide that you can’t sleep comfortably there. 5. The coin laundry room was filthy, with dust flying everywhere when the door was opened. The dryer was so dusty that my clothes wouldn’t dry even after multiple paid cycles. The first thing I did was ask the staff to clean the machine. 6. The staff does not speak English. Expect to use a translator or rely on body language to communicate.

The hotel is conveniently located near Juso station, with direct train to Kyoto and Kobe. Room is small - typical of Japanese hotels - but well equipped and thoughtfully designed. Will stay here again if visit Osaka again.

The room is so small. Hotel clerks cannot speak English. I checked in for 2 people but they provided me 1 towel and 1 bottle of water. I paid 5200 Baht (Thai currency) per night, I think it shouldn’t be like this. Here’s not worth for money at all.

Very short stay ok as only convenient to take Hankyu train, so good for travel to Kobe or Kyoto. If go to other main places within Osaka need transfer by metro or JR that take time.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and our hotel came with so many amenities everyday. Unfortunately, our only complains is that the hotel was very small. We did not have too much space to unpack our luggage and also have walking space. Every day there would be room service and they would leave slippers, new pajamas, soap, a towel, and water. Additionally, the spa was very clean and relaxing. My favorite ones were the tubs outside. It’s very relaxing sitting in the warm tub while also being outside.
