HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi Bewertungen

My significant other and I enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is located very near Shinsaibashi station and the shopping street and combini stores are just round the corner. The staff here are very friendly and it's such a joy talking to them. Will definitely choose this place again if I'm making a trip to Osaka in future!

Very convenient hotel in Osaka, appreciated cleanliness et kindness of staff. Laundry was a positive point too and large common place. Room was very functional with two quite large single beds. Everything was in reach like Metro, Dotonbori area and shopping streets. Fully recommend this Hotel

Location is near to Shinbashi and metro exit. Surrounding full with food. All by walking distance, less thab 5mins.

Superb location with family mart, drug stalls and shopping district nearby. Many food options as well. The staffs are friendly and speak fluent English. Room size was good for Japan and the price. Able to put 2 medium size luggage. Everything in the hotel is rather new.

Hotel the Flag exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient and in a nice, happening part of Osaka. Less than 10 mins from the nearest subway and walking distance to Dotonburi. The service from check-in until the time we collected our luggage late the next day was excellent. Staff speak good English and were lovely. Rooms looked new and spotless, there were small but probably slightly bigger than the average size in Japan. Breakfast was simple but really good and a good selection too. There is a water cooler to refill your bottle, and coin laundry/dryer facilities within the hotel. I totally recommend this hotel.

Wish there were a little more amenities.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to Dotonbori and train stations. Rooms are big enough though I’d recommend them to put the TV opposite the beds instead of to the side wall. The hotel pushes a greener stay and provide water bottles which you refill at 2nd floor and they also provide free coffee and tea. I think they could station water dispensers on each floor. Breakfast was varied and the crème brûlée was a hit.

Very clean and convenient to subway/ shopping area. Definitely will come back.

性價比不錯的酒店，地理位置絕了！步行至心齋橋和地鐵口都超級近，可以逛累了中途回來放東西在接着逛！太方便了，衞生條件也不錯，有中文前台。入住的外國人較多，國人比較少。下次如果來還會再住的地方！打車去環球也不算遠

飯店距離商圈以及地鐵都非常近！ 設施齊全，服務人員非常親切 24小時都有人在服務台完全不用擔心～ 並且也有會中文的服務員！

酒店環境內裡很好，服務員有禮，語言溝通很好，早餐不錯，第二天送我自助早餐很意外，稍為房間有些意見，沒有椅子和枱放東西，又沒有樽裝水，淋浴間地方大連放東西的架子都沒有一個，淋浴時毛巾都不知放那處，很不方便，希望酒店會改善
