Erstaunlicher und magischer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Im März 2022 lag so viel Schnee in Kappadokien, aber wir genossen das komfortable Zimmer, den großartigen Service, das freundliche und herzliche Personal, das bei Bedarf immer zur Stelle war. Als Familie haben wir entschieden, dass wir im Sommer oder Winter an diesen magischen Ort zurückkehren müssen. Das Sightseeing mit den Feenkaminen war unglaublich, die ATV-Fahrt war aufregend, traurig, dass wir die Heißluftballons wegen des Wetters nicht machen konnten, aber wir freuen uns darauf bei unserer nächsten Reise.

Older hotel with noisy rooms and large bathrooms but the shower was in need of repairs Lots of steps so not suitable for older people Food was very average compared to other hotels we stayed in Turkey 2 of us got food poisoning out of 3 people in the party so missed the ballooning Not recommended

cleanliness at the lowest level. Walls of paper, you can hear exactly what people are saying outside the door and hear every step. The room is dark, hair on the sheets. You can see that the room was cleaned quickly and inaccurately. Mold in the bathroom is unacceptable. The toilet is a joke, all dirty and so is the bathtub. Orange juice is orange colored water. Sliced sausage is some of the cheapest luncheon meat, as for a dog. Milk also diluted with water. In the warm buffet, 5 dishes to choose from, the service imposes and reluctantly gives larger portions. The gentleman in the suit does not use either tongs or gloves, he passes with his hands. Poor food, little choice, lousy coffee. The waiters manage to take your plate away in the middle of your meal. Typical, better choose another hotel

This is a Nice place and beautiful view stay with your family service is very good hotel room is very clean and safe all the faciloty available for hotel An amazing Hotel from the ambience to the service ! The room was lovely, clean, fresh and beautiful with a outstanding view. The Resteraunt Manger ( i guess) a tall fark headed man was fantastic, just great service with a smile each day. Belle Boys to carry your luggage to your room ( upstairs) were fabulous. A SPEACIAL THANK YOU to the Night Manager ?/ Kitchen Manger ? who was working 20 hours a day ......:) i kept seeing him everywhere. Nothing was a problem, they were unbeliveable. Would LOVE to go back DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!! JUST AMAZING ! Saturday May 6th- Tuesday May 9th B Paris

An amazing Hotel from the ambience to the service ! The room was lovely, clean, fresh and beautiful with a outstanding view. Staff absolutely amazing!
To the chain who own this hotel. You have passionate- hardworking staff. Nothing is a problem. The Manger that was there for Breakfast serving us , then again later and at 3.30am made us Tea (himself) before our balloon ride
There was also. Tall guy who was a n the restaurant every day making it pleasant for everyone

Depending on room location too many steps to negotiate for older guests or others with infirmities. Small dark room, threadbare towels, unkempt lawns. Rather than the normal bottled water in the rooms we were provided with only one small sealed plastic cup each.

Will not recommend this hotel to my enemy. Untidy and unkempt lawn. Small unmaintained musky room. Poor facilities and confusing layout and too many steps to negotiate for elderly guests and having to walk up and hill for a distance to get to the room.
