Didn’t like the service they required deposit out of sudden which is not written while I was booking .
Was waiting in the lobby cause they didn’t allow to enter until we get paid deposit
I hope moving forward trip com will add deposit or inform clients in advance

We arrived to find the knobs on the air conditioner removed
Darius at the desk and another fellow were more than courteous but that could not make up for the depressed conditions of the hotel.
We left, asked for our money back and was promised so . We have stayed at many laquintas and this was the worst.

Overall the stay was fine. Room was average, clean but bathroom needed some repair. Although breakfast is included most trays were empty by 8:00am.

If you’re just looking for a place to stay for a night, it’s got just enough. If you’re looking for something luxurious for a vacation, probably not it. The “do not disturb” sign regularly fell off the door handle. There were small blood stains on the bed sheets. The towel rack in the bathroom was barely holding together. And I’m pretty sure I wasn’t given new conditioner and shampoo since there was probably a tea spoon left in both bottles. Also, the bathroom was poorly maintained as some of the floorboards didn’t connect with the wall and the floor molding was lazily thrown up, there wasn’t a cover over the light and there was weird blue stains on the shower curtain.
A lot of this stuff is nitpicking or things that are easily solved by talking with housekeeping. Overall, I would say it’s worthwhile if you’re looking for something cheap and a short stay. But if you need a well kept, clean feeling place, this wasn’t it.

This property is a roach motel. The general manager David was rude and still charged me for an over night stay even after I relatively told him about the roaches in both rooms. Place is disgusting and they should all be ashamed of themselves.

This property is falling apart, we let the front fest know and he say they are waiting for the corporate give the ok to replace the mattresses I wish I can upload a picture, they changed my room because the toilet was leaking, ohh my God it a mess.

This was the worst hotel i have ever lived in. Lobby to our room everything smelt bad. horrible condition of everything, walls, floors, doors and above all it smelled throughout our stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
