Hallo, das Personal ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtungen sind gut. Sie haben mich erst belastet, als ich gegangen bin, und ich weiß nicht, warum.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und lächelt immer und antwortet schnell und präzise. Der Zimmerpreis ist während der Weihnachtszeit angemessen, aber die Cafeteria im Innenbereich sollte verbessert werden, da der Bereich so klein ist, aber die Menge und Qualität des Frühstücks ist wirklich gut

Komfortable Hotelzimmer und langsame Internetgeschwindigkeit sind in den meisten Hotels in den Vereinigten Staaten häufige Probleme. Das Hotel verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut. Es ist ein Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Umgebung ist zu schlecht, der Service ist schlecht, die Ausrüstung ist alt und die Einstellung der Kellner ist zu schlecht. Ich werde es meinen Freunden definitiv nicht empfehlen.

We were not given the room we booked even after we were told our room would be ready. There was no communication between staff members and no one on the management team ever reached out to us. Hotel is very outdated and need of repairs. Upon check out the front desk attendants were both asleep behind the counter.

Property is dated. Staff is sitting in corner on cell phones. Beds are horrible with springs in your back. Pillows were excellent! Continental breakfast was fairly good. Deliveries to Hotel in large crates cane to front door and sat in hall all day long with no one storing it away (very weird). Shower was warm at best.

Perfect to stay at Universal Studios: 30 mins. walking. Breakfast can be improved, but it is not bad. Clean, comfortable, and price are excellent.

Property was clean. Rooms are a little dated. Could use more USB ports and accessible outlets for charging phones/laptops. There is no desk in the room which is unusual. And the tv service is very limited. No major networks. Can’t input a specific channel. Flying blind when trying to find a channel.

DO NOT STAY here. Bugs in the bed, door rotted and GM Christina was no help at all. We left after pulling down the sheets and seeing BUGS, we took a picture, showed the front desk, and they still charged us for the night. The GM could care less after showing pics and videos, we left the property within 15 min and I was still charged. This will not be last they here from me. SHAME on you Quality Inn.

I loved the location. We were going to Universal and it was so close. Loved that it had a shuttle. Staff was kind & friendly. Hotel was clean.

The location to universal was great. We walked to the park and back with no problems. Clean rooms. Wish breakfast was better, lacking variety of choices.

Shuttle to Universal at 8am was great but shuttle back was too early at 530pm. Microwave & small fridge in room was very convenient. Old Elevator takes a long time. Halls don't smell so fresh. Furniture in room was very old and looks like they never cleaned the sofa. Would not even rest our things on it.

Our room was right in front of the elevator with no warning before prepaid booking. People screaming off the elevator at 3am… would not let us exercise our right to a late checkout.

We will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again. We were supposed to have a suite for 6 people. The advertisement showed 2 TVs, but there was only 1 TV that did not work. The room heater didn't work. We reported both issues the first night and were simply offered 2 extra blankets for 3 beds and were told the TV and heater would be fixed the next day, which they weren't. The breakfast was subpar when compared with the hot breakfasts for the same price at the surrounding hotels. There was very little seating to eat at. We waited over an hour for our room to be ready. Other customers were offered coffee while they waited, but we weren't. Horrible service! When I asked the front desk staff to speak with the manager, I was told NO - go lodge a complaint with ******* since that is who you booked the hotel through.
