Wir kamen an und als erstes bekamen wir eine Zimmer die sehr renovierungsbedürftig war, dusche war kaputt, fließen kaputt und es war staubig und unsauber. (Wahrscheinlich war die Zimmer nicht mal für die Nutzung gedacht) ABER gleich am nächsten Tag neue Zimmer bekommen, die war dann sauber, hatte eine neu renovierte Badezimmer. Wir waren damit zufrieden und haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Pool ist sauber und es gibt auch eine Whirlpool. Sehr schön! Frühstück ist in Ordnung, Auswahl nicht groß aber es schmeckt alles. WLAN war leider auch eine Katastrophe. Es ist ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel!

Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen, wäre aber kein Grund für eine schlechte Bewertung. Wir waren bereits im letzten Jahr hier und waren glücklich und zufrieden. Dieser Aufenthalt war anders als erwartet entsetzlich schlecht. Die Räume wurden lediglich oberflächlich gereinigt. die Sauberkeit insgesamt eine Katastrophe. Bereits am 1.Tag des Aufenthaltes wurde Geld aus dem Zimmer eines Mitreisendem gestohlen (1.000 EURO !). Die Ermittlung der türkischen Jandarma läuft derzeit noch. Die Mitreisenden Personen um die 70-80 Jahre alt, wurden wegen ihrer schlechten Englischkenntnisse regelrecht gemobbt und ich von dem Barkeeper aufgefordet, doch gefälligst für diese zu bestellen. Er könne lediglich Englisch und Türkisch sprechen. Der Hotelmanager hat dieses sehr unfreundliche und wenig Serviceorientiert Gespräch mitbekommen und einfach ignoriert. Auf Nachfrage meinerseits entgegnete dieser nur, er hätte kein anderes Personal und er wüsste das das nicht in Ordnung sei. Man würde das Personal im nächsten Jahr austauschen. Von der sonst so vorbildlichen türkischen Gastfreundschaft war hier nichts zu merken und wir sind enttäuscht und entsetzt. Wir werden dieses Hotel keinesfalls wieder besuchen und raten jedem davon.

Well another great holiday at this lovely hotel.Over 50 times I have stayed here and it as never failed to please.perfect location for shops and restaurants.the staff are like my family.room cleaned and towels replaced when needed.Turkish breakfast was varied each day.lunch was all cooked fresh and not expensive.as were the drinks.pool was cleaned every day.will be back next May for another 3 weeks.my home from home for the last 25 years.would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Our original room 109 was like being put in a basement. The room was dark and dated which I don’t mind but the cleanliness of this room was very poor. Feet were black after 2 minutes of being in the room and there was black mould in the bathroom. We realised the next morning that the room was next to the cleaners cupboard and a room they seemed to use as their break room. We were woken up each morning by them chatting and smoking for 30 minutes before they seemed to start at 8am, they were then gone for an hour then back again and so on. This wouldn’t of been too bad if we weren’t being woken up at all hours of the night and early morning by the loud music, extremely noisy guests, staff members and also by what sounded like maintenance work being done at 3am. After the third night we asked to change rooms. We got given room 301 which was a complete upgrade to what we had been in. Modern look, clean and an actual view from the balcony. The noise in this hotel in unsociable hours was a big issue for us but we just came to accept it. We met a few people at our hotel who seemed to have the same complaints. We were told by some local people that the hotel which was formally known as villa beldeniz was bought by montebello resorts and is now beldeniz hotel and since guests have been complaining. I booked this hotel based on the reviews but by looking at the more recents ones it seems like other people have also had a similar experience. A big positive for us was the girl at the reception was always very welcoming and helpful.

On arrival we were shown to our room (209) once we stepped inside it was like a prison cell. Small dark and not at all appealing. One small door that opened onto a very small “balcony” area. The plastic chairs were like they’d been there since the 70’s. The bed was solid and you could feel every spring. Green marks in the fridge. A plug socket you couldn’t use because the power key blocked it. A tv thst had no Chanels, broken floor tiles. I immediately asked to be moved and was told 6 other people had requested a move before us!! We got told we could move but not until Friday (this was Tuesday). Been totally honest if we hadn’t been promised a move we would have paid and moved hotel. We got moved on Friday to room 202 which had a lovely feel to it and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The 2 rooms could not have been more different. The noise levels throughout are ridiculous you can hear every foot step and conversation as though the people are in your room with you. The breakfast was typical cold meats and salad. There was some scrambled egg but that’s about it. If you wanted anything more like a full English you had to pay extra. The pool area was kept clean and no rush for Sunbeds on a morning. All in all it’s a pretty run down hotel with some nice rooms. We will be returning but not to this hotel.

We booked this hotel based on the amazing reviews on here and thought we had found a little gem in the heart of Oludeniz, but we were wrong. Arrived at 2am in the morning after a long flight we checked in and were shown to our rooms. In total we had three rooms of which one room had a water leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom onto electrics when the room above had the shower on and the other smelt of sewerage. My friends informed reception of the leak in the ceiling of room 107 and they didn’t seem bothered or actually wanted to sort the issue and the next day got offered another room and another family were moved into leaking room with the same issue and they got moved out and this just kept happening as the didn’t fix the issue. The staff always look miserable and are rude. The rooms are not cleaned very well at all and I got bored of having to keep asking for new towels and toilet rolls. The air condition in my room was leaking water and woke up with a floor on the floor. The breakfast was poor and the only thing I would eat was the scrambled egg when it didn’t have burnt bits in. No ice creams available to buy and they have a sign up saying not to bring in food from shops outside. The food from their own kitchen you could order was ok but drinks expensive. The grounds are not kept tidy and nice and just overgrown and the pool isn’t cleaned regularly. Only thing that was good was the location. Overall this was a hotel nightmare, needs some serious work and attention! I would not recommend.

Arrived in the early hours and shown to a nice DOUBLE bed room overlooking the pool. This however was unacceptable as I was holidaying with my 30 year old son who understandably didn't want to share a bed with his dad!!! We were told to make do for 1 night and they would get us another room the next day. Next morning we were shown to a fantastic room (313) with 2 separate bedrooms and a big modern bathroom. Jackpot. Well happy with this. Aircon, fridge and TV in each room all worked perfectly. Breakfast was nice, good choice and freshly made. Drinks were free and plentiful. We didn't stay in the hotel much, choosing to walk in the town or go to the beach. It was nice to have a dip in the pool after in the afternoon, sunbeds were always available. The bubble jacuzzi is a welcome extra too. We had a few snacks from the bar during the day which were very nice. The home made burger was excellent. Pool was always clean and not busy. Rooms were cleaned daily by some lovely ladies. Overall enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Great location, nice rooms. Would come again.

This is my honest opinion of this hotel. (We usually stay at Montebello Deluxe which is a 3 * plus.) This is a 3*. We arrived in the early hours, safe was £30 for 1 week which is a bit much to be fair BUT aircon & fridge are free. No kettle in room but we had brought our own. Suit cases were taken to our room 305. I'd asked for "high floor - double bed" and we got that. Air con worked perfectly. Fridge worked perfectly. Yes the rooms do need modernising but they are adiquate. Plenty of coat hangers for both of us . Not enough plug sockets though. Perfect balcony. Clean towels / room tidied and sheet every day. House keeping were very polite and friendly, always said " morning/ hello" with smiles, lovely Ladies . Bar staff, reception staff, waiters always seem quite shy at 1st but get friendlier over time as they get used to you ( we have found this in both hotels but once they know you they remember you year after year. Breakfast wasn't amazing, I had French bread toasted with jam & cheese and boiled eggs every morning ( i am a very boring eater so it was ok for me) but the Mr had different things. The coffee machine was my saviour , I loved the cappuccino, I wish it was available all day There were sunbeds available 95% of the time. The main pool isn't massive but ok, it wasn't cleaned every day, one day is was murky and they did testing the day after. It does state no glass round the pool for obvious reasons , someone smashed a glass, they sort of cleaned it up but then flicked the smaller pieces into the grate at the edge of the pool, ( not good when theres little kids in n out of the pool) I'm sure if they had asked staff then it could have been sorted properly . Check out is at 12 so we asked how much it was for late check out , £50 till 4pm. No thanks. So we put cases in reception and had a shower down stairs. Ladies be aware that the shower for us is NOT private, anyone can just stand there watching you as there isn't a solid lockable door , the female toilet/shower area is very open and only a glass shower screen but the mens is private ?? Very strange. All in all we had a great week. For a 3* this is a lovely hotel and we would come back

This is my favourite place ever. The staff are amazing. Rooms beautiful and clean.pool lovely location brilliant. Will be back in September as usual. Booked already for this September. yippee!! Can't wait for my third time with everyone again.

Do not visit this hotel. We stayed there 12 nights in September. Loud music till 1/2 in the morning. I complained, we got a move, yes it was away from the noise but we went out of frying pan into the fire. They originally wanted more money from us as we were moving to a family room, which I refused to pay. The room smelt of mould, the bathroom was awful, especially the shower cubicle was full of black mould. The shower cubicle leaked every time you used it. I complained again and the maids attempted to clean it, but it was too far gone. I didn’t leave any cosmetics etc in the bathroom because of the damp and smell. The balcony was facing a big hole with air conditioning unit for the whole complex humming all day. There was no view at all. The other bedroom balcony was facing a huge tarpaulin, no view at all. We should have asked for another move, but all the stress of moving from one room to another was awful, and we only had 4 days left before we left this hell hole! Breakfast was awful, as mentioned in an early review.
