Es ist sehr alt und sehr klein. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr einfach. Es liegt mitten im Nirgendwo. Der einzige Lichtblick ist, dass es einen Bus zum Flughafen gibt.

Der Abhol- und Bringservice vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Nach einem Anruf im Hotel kam das Auto schnell. Auch die Rezeption des Hotels ist sehr höflich. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich sauber, aber die Sanitäranlagen könnten besser sein, es riecht etwas. Etwa 20 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum und im Hotel gibt es auch eine süße Katze. Im Allgemeinen ist es eine gute Wahl für Passagiere, die am Flughafen Malpensa umsteigen müssen.

Schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer und sehr netter Service. Die Unterkunft bietet einen Flughafentransfer und kann Gäste vom Bahnhof Oleggio abholen, also empfehle ich es :)

Dies ist ein sehr geeignetes kleines Hotel für Besichtigungen tagsüber und für den Flug am nächsten Tag, insbesondere wenn Sie einen frühen Flug haben. Den Flughafen Malpensa erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Das Hotel verfügt über 2 kostenlose Abholfahrzeuge (weiß für 5 Personen und blau für 7 Personen. Eine Reservierung im Voraus ist erforderlich. Den Zeitplan entnehmen Sie bitte den Fotos). Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, die Ausstattung etwas alt und aus dem Schiebefenster hat man einen ländlichen Blick. Es gibt Handtücher, aber sie sind ziemlich hart. Es gab ein Tütchen Shampoo/Duschflüssigkeit. Es gibt einen Haartrockner, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und kostenloses Trinkwasser in Flaschen. Das Frühstück beginnt um 6 Uhr und kostet nur 6 Euro. Es beinhaltet Brot, Saft, Milch, Marmelade, Obst, Käse, Joghurt und Cappuccino. Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Praktisches und günstiges kleines Hotel.

Kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen am Morgen. Ich bin dumm, dass ich gelesen habe, dass es so ist...aber ich habe gehofft...machen Sie nicht den gleichen Fehler, wenn es morgens kein heißes Wasser gibt

Nicht schlecht. Ein wenig veraltet. Immer noch ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens

einfache, saubere Struktur, guter Service, effizientes Personal. Es eignet sich gut für kurze Geschäftsaufenthalte. Das Catering habe ich nicht genutzt.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, especially if, like us you had an overnight stay out of Malpensa Airport. We were a family of 4 (including a 2 year old and 5 year old). Check in was quick and the team on the desk ate some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with at a hotel. Really quick and efficient. Room was a very good size. We had 3 beds and a Crib (book this in advance if you need one). Shower gel and shampoo in the room. Hairdryer in the room also. Shower was great and beds were comfortable. The area is really quiet which is lovely. We took a stroll into town in the morning which is a 10 minute walk. It was beautiful in the sun and we sat and had a coffee in the square. Transfer to and from the airport to the hotel was included and they were very prompt which is an added bonus. I highly recommend staying here if you’ve got a layover at malpensa airport. We’re going to book again for our return leg!

Super clean, good beds, quiet location, helpful and friendly staff. Short walk to historic town centre. Good market 10/17/23. Used the airport shuttle from hotel to Malpensa Airport. Excellent service for a budget hotel!

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to Lake Maggiore. The room was very spacious though a bit dated. The bed was large and on the hard side which suited me. The bathroom was also very functional though the fittings were a bit worn. The room was clean and quiet. We booked through *********** and got a superb rate for the night better than others near the airport. But the plus point has to be the extrodinary customer service. The collection on the free shuttle at after 11.00 pm from the great driver with little wait (tip - I think they also collect from T2 which wasnt clear), the helpful service from the night porter, the free shuttle to Oleggio Station, breakfast when we wanted it etc. I would recommend it if you want more of an italian experience than a box in a chain. Well done.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 childs. My flight was delayed for 3 hours that I reported to the hotel and then the flight was cancelled at Manchester airport. We didn't make to reach to Malpensa and we communicated as soon we found out. There was no help given by the Aer hotel management, even I provided all the proof of flight cancellation. *********** was also unable to help. No refund was given due to unforeseen reason. Poor management who don't want to understand the customers problems. I would say just to avoid this hotel and not paying any money in advance with No money back guarantee.

Where do I start. I’ve stayed in many hotels across the world. This is one of the worst. I admittedly arrived at 9.45pm. My flight was delayed. Right my complaints. No food at all at night. Another guest also asking for food shared half her pizza with me., that she had arranged to be delivered. Nothing to drink - the machine dispensed soft drinks but you needed coins. The hotel offered no change. Oh and a very unhelpful and rude receptionist. The rooms are no better- no air conditioning, very few power points. I had to disconnect the TV and the fridge to power up my phone and iPad. No bottled water. Nothing cooked for breakfast. Minimal continental. If you wish a bed for a night with nothing other than a bed - this the hotel to pick. One the plus side the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
