Im Allgemeinen genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Lage ist gut in der Nähe des rhe Station und des Parks und des Stadtzentrums. Das Frühstück war hervorragend in einem schönen geräumigen Essenszimmer + Veranda. Das Personal war am meisten Mal richtig und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war OK in Größe. Die meisten meiner Kommentare beziehen sich auf das Zimmer: 1. Keine Klimaanlage, der kleine Kühlschrank, den sie bieten, ist nicht effizient genug. 2. Keine Draht und Schalen, um die Kleidung nur hängen ...nicht praktisch nicht zufriedenstellend, wenn Sie eine Woche lang bleiben. 3. Kein Grundsatz-Vanity-Kit oder Klimaanlage im Badezimmer ... wirklich nicht für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel geeignet. Ich musste diese Sache kaufen. Ich kann diese Art dumme Vernachlässigung nicht verstehen (Ich bat um einen Klimaanlagen in der Rezeption und sie bestätigten, dass sie es nicht ....) 4. Arme TV-Angebot von Kanälen ....nicht so kritisch, aber immer noch .... 5. Zimmerservice schließt sehr früh am Abend, also was ist der Punkt?

Uitstekend hotel met bijzonder vriendelijke mensen tot aan de chef toe. Dikke plus voor de hulpvaardigheid en meedenken toen één van onze vrienden een ongelukje had gehad. Komen zeker terug. Kleine opmerkingen: als je meerdere dagen blijft mag de menukaart voor het arrangement wat ons betreft iets uitgebreider. We komen zeker een keer terug!

Sehr nettes Personal, genügend Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, mir wurde ein Klebstoff und Milch ohne Laktose geliefert, sie haben das Paket mit pflanzlichen, Klebstoff- und Lactose-Nahrungsmitteln zum letzten Mal wieder gepackt, ich bin sehr zufrieden, Danke. Sehr schönes Personal, angemessene Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, ich wurde mit glutenfreien Gewürzen und lactosefreier Milch, für die letzte frühe Abfahrt haben sie wieder ein Paket mit pflanzlichen, glutenfreien und lactosefreien Lebensmitteln zubereitet, ich bin sehr zufrieden, Danke.

I was warmly welcomed late in the evening. The check-in was very pleasant and charming. The room was very spacious, a little dark, but not disturbing. The encounter with the supposed governess in the morning also left a professional impression. The bike hire service is a must to discover more of the surrounding area. The highlight was the restaurant visit in the evening. A wonderful 4-course surprise menu from the kitchen at a high level. The service was also incredibly harmonious and i was well looked after. The homemade butter and the homemade bread were simply heavenly. In general, I can say that this hotel is a little hidden gem in the heart of the Netherlands. We stayed here last week. The staff is really friendly, it was no bother for a late check-in, as we arrived just before 10pm. The rooms are spaces, clean and the beds are so comfy to sleep it. There is a nice bar as well, with a good choice of beers available. The breakfast is fantastic, with such a variety of what you can eat. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Leider waren wir auf unserer Holland Rundreise nur eine Nacht hier. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es sind etwa 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Wie versprochen konnten wir unser Auto direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Für uns auch nicht unwichtig war das es mehrere E-Ladestationen im engen Umkreis gibt. Das Hotel ist ganz individuell und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, fast wie zuhause. Wir bekamen sein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse die auf den Garten hinausging. Das Highlight ist Patrick's Whisky Bar. Es sind mehr als 600 Sorten die Patrick alle auswendig kennt. Er hat uns, nachdem wir uns über unser Vorlieben und Preisvorstellungen ausgiebig unterhalten haben, sofort einen für uns sehr passenden Highland Malt empfohlen. Der zweite war dann noch besser ausgesucht und mehr haben wir leider nicht probieren können. Das andere Highlight war am Morgen das liebevolle Frühstücks Büffet mit zwei verschiedenen frisch gebrauten Bio Kaffee. Gerne kommen wir bei Gelegenheit wieder

The room (#122) was a nice style, clean and the bed was comfortable.....but. Unfortunately the shampoo was empty upon arrival and when we reported this to reception, this was quckly replaced, however housekeeping also removed (and did not replace) most of our towels. Not sure why? Whoever painted the walls, did not do a good job (see picture) and the wood next to the sink, while looks nice, is not the best choice of material as this easily stains (see picture). We had dinner 2 nights in the hotel restaurant, however on BOTH nights, our order was messed up. I would really recommend the staff to write the order down to prevent this. The wine (by the glass) was also not to our liking. I understand this is subjective, but i tried 2 different red wines (grape varieties which i would usually take) and both were not pleasant (cheap wine). My wife had the same experience with her 1 glass of white wine. So 3 different wines in total, and all were not good. When we arrived in the room, there were various different coffee pods, however when these were replenished the next day, they were all the same (Unfortunately not with the ones we liked, from the day before). The plates/cups from the room next door (where breakfast is served), were stored on trays and the trolley is then wheeled through the main restaurant, to the kitchen. I wouldn't mind if this was just once but this happened multiple times, while we we trying to enjoy our dinner, and is very distracting wth the rattling noise. I would expect this in a canteen, but not in a 4* hotel. The standard of our room / facilties was nice, and probably justified of the 4* rating but unfortunately all the items mentioned above made us give it only an average review.
