I had a protracted problem with a flat tyre on a rental car. The rental company were of very little help or assistance but I did finish up at Kwikfit Plus on Southampton Road, Salisbury, SP1 1LE. The hire company had not given authority for KwikFit to repair my tyre although I had been told to take the car there. This particular branch was obviously dramatically understaffed and the trainee manager -AMY WOOLDRIDGE - was working exhaustively to keep things running. We had been without the car for almost 24 hours and were advised by Amy that they could not do our repair, even with authorization, because of lack of staff, until the following afternoon. At this point - the hire company having told me I needed to travel to Southmapton to get a replacement car if I wanted one - Amy took pity on me and left what she was doing and changed the tyre herself. She was a delight to work with and an angel for seeing how distressed I was getting. Amy, thank you, you saved a family holiday. KwikFit, you need to give her a bonus both because of her work ethics and empathy to a customer. I would definitely go back to that branch if i ever had a problem while in that area again.

Anisree is a beautiful property with breathtaking scenery from all rooms. It is sparkling clean and is surrounded by greenery all around. The food prepared by the cook is delicious. I would highly recommend this experience. Unforgettable experience

We just stayed one night due to how nice the area was. The room is really roomy, immaculate, and close to the airport. Breakfast was excellent. Along with the fantastic chef, the entire staff contributed to the establishment's welcoming atmosphere. The staff was excellent, and the room was very clean.

We went to Toscano for the 2nd time on 10/1/22 and while the food was good we were totally cheated and will never return. Our waiter presented the specials and each of the 3 couples ordered the same steak dinner, which was one of the specials that evening. The steaks on the menu were $45 to $50. When we received the bill the steaks we learned each steak was $163. WHAT? We asked our waiter about the pricing and he reminded us we did not ask the price. My response was, "At what point are you responsible for informing your guests the steak they just ordered as a a meal that was $100 more than any item on the menu." A ridiculous response was offered and the bill was paid. I called the following day and was told the chef sets the price and he would would return my call on Tuesday. He never called. My wife spoke to the owner moments ago and he was completely unsympathetic, nor offered any resolution. Regardless, we will never return to Toscano and feel compelled to share our story.
