When be check in room we saw the kitchen area was dirty, when we try to use electrical kettle plucking the kettle in shock cannot use and then the bathroom area was dirty too . There was no dishwash spance and dishwash soap very dirty. And then coming to bedroom the photo been attach before we use the bedroom the dirty mark was there but the person off incharge telling that we did the mark and the deposit not refundable, this is not fare somebody did the mark y I need to pay and I ha been submit all the picture. Really not fare and don’t book this apartment after that.

not good hospitality

Host short-changed my booking, didn't give the room I booked, bathroom flooding, bedroom not good, unresponsive and then limited information, no Internet, not friendly and unapologetic

Drainage system is terrible in the toilet and kitchen wash basin. No tissue and plastic bag for rubbish. Room air-conditioning is weak

Just a room to sleep. Had a kitchen and washing machine. Host was nice thou. No food nearby. Had to drive

A comfortable stay i must say.My friends and I enjoy the stay at the property as it is cozy,clean,got many useful appliances,got washine machine,cooking utensils provided,large fridge, got wifi and the host is friendly and reachable when needed.

Did not get the prompt direction to stay. Stay with bad as there's a lot of flies. When reach waited 30 mins for instructions

Booked the B&B, contacted only know the apartments are sold out, she upgrade us to a better apartment nearby, but the apartment is not ready when we checked in. Better contact PIC once you have booked.

The apartment was ok but all the room there’s NO HANGER. And there’s no shampoo,and 1st room there’s a mirror but no cabinet . Master bedroom there’s a cabinet but no mirrorr. 🤦 And the WATER HEATER is not working, bathroom floor trap choke.

I've booked this hotel since end of May 2023 for travel date 29 Sept 2022, i repeat, May 2023 I've booked, but suddenly, this SCAMMER HOST, cancelled my booking on the date 29 Sept with reason fully book. I'm very frustrated. I was in Legoland waterpark from Kuala Lumpur and feels very upset. Luckily, after i complained to Trip.com team and several follow ups with proofs, i got my penny back with extra points. Thank you Trip.com for your effort. Please all. Avoid this SCAMMER HOST.

We book this place but gave us another place to stay,cannot call the agent only msg,really terrible experience,be careful nxt time make sure the booking and the place is the same as what u book

property change place at Elysia Park Residence.so far so good. beautiful & privacy. can repeat for next time.
