We booked though trips.com. The website pictures show totally different from the unit they give it to us. The agent said we booked though Agoda is lucky draw on which unit we get but we booked though is trips.com. This is the last time we staying at the condo.

Contacted the owner to get the instruction to check in but they informed my booking was not in the system, luckily trip.com send me confirmation email and the prove of payment made

Check in was a little confusing. U try to contact the hotel no-one answers. Best way is to watsapp them. I only realised when I got there. Overall the place is nice quiet and clean. U need to have your own vehicle to travel to legoland and surrounding food places

Amazing location and views from the room. Nice and spacious apartments.

This was a very nice place and ive rebooked it for at least 3 times.

預訂這個公寓的本意是為方便去樂高樂園和樂高水上樂園玩耍，看圖片覺得還不錯，結果因為中午就從新加坡抵達了新山，想溝通一下能否提前入住，或者提前存放一下行李，結果從攜程上通過語音電話聯繫客服，打了五六次終於接通，接起來是一位口音極重的女士，問了好幾遍我的手機號碼和郵箱，無奈郵箱有特殊字符我不會用英語説，換了一位英語好一些的女孩，前後打了20多分鐘，反覆詢問我的訂單號和確認號，電話手機和郵箱，然後問從agoda下的單嗎他們找不到了，我説是攜程攜程，我的手機號也複述了十次，郵箱依舊不會讀，拼讀名字她也找不到...心裏都想罵人了，後來我説不需要提前入住了，就當我沒打這個電話吧。。。。後來她可是加上我微信了，發來了入住指南。公寓環境不錯，但是屋裡衞生挺差，黴味很重，基本沒有任何一次性洗漱用品，床單衞生也一般，含淚住着吧，唯一值得稱讚的就是9層的泳池了。最後一圖是步行去樂高樂園的路線，步行大概十分鐘能到。

房間設施非常齊全，居然還有洗衣機。衞生環境比較好，雖不能確定是否一客一換了，但比馬來西亞大部分酒店好。房間一側可以看到新加坡，離樂高樂園比較近，推薦走北側的路去，南邊的路一側是叢林，有猴子出沒，當地人提醒我們注意點，還幫我們趕走了猴子。全程自助辦理入住和退房，電話與管家聯繫，碰上的值班管家英文不咋好，口音比較重。

房間很乾凈，床單淡淡的紫外線味道，杯具也很乾凈，住得很舒服放心，游泳健身很方便，有冰箱，買好一堆食物，可以睡到自然醒

設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：非常好 服務：良好

自助室公寓，個人洗護用品沒有提供，應該是提倡環保概念，所以就沒有一次性的洗涑用品。周圍環境是比較安靜，如果是一週以上，想選擇居家式的休息度假可以考慮，套房有洗衣機和開放式廚房。

Khu này rất vắng, muốn kiếm convinient store để mua nước hay snack hoặc bữa tối phải ra ngoài hoặc book grab về. Mình phải tự check in nên cũng có nhiều bất tiện, bảo vệ sẽ không có thông tin, bạn phải gọi điện cho người hỗ trợ họ hướng dẫn lấy key và wifi Lần sau mình sẽ chọn điểm gần trung tâm của joho bahru để tiện ăn uống, tham quan Ưu điểm là phòng rộng tầm 55m2, có sofa bed nên có thể ở đông hơn, thích hợp cho 1 nhóm bạn trẻ
