Good locationg. Easy to go to town center. Facility is also good and clean. Just, room cleaning service should ask every morning. It was good to stay there.

Bed very comfortable with great puffed up duvet & soft pillows. Did feel the room would have benefited from a deep clean. Coffee stains up the wall behind the curtains. Also marks on the head board which would clean off. Marks on the wall beside the bed. Really good location for choice of car parks and short walk to town centre.

We stayed here as it is adjacent to the theatre. Room was clean and spacious with every facility you could need. Asked for restaurant recommendations as I have a Dairy allergy. Attended breakfast and Katie immediately said I had a dairy allergy and removed the cutlery on the table and replaced with ones from the kitchen. Katie was very switched on and handed over the Allergy booklet. I had a full English breakfast plus a bowl with a lovely selection of fruit. I went to use the toaster with my own crumpets but Katie took them into the kitchen to prevent contamination. Brilliant customer service over and above what I hoped for.

A great location. Ample private parking next door. Priced really well for evenings. Location is great. Super central and lots of eateries/bars local within 5-10 minute walk. The reception was welcoming. Check in quick. Room was beautifully modern and very comfortable. I was worried when I booked a town centre location but actually driving there was a breeze. No congestion. Would highly recommend for business or leisure. Really nice.

Staying here with a big group of 25 people. Was told food could be ordered until 9:30pm. They wouldn’t take my order as they had 7 other people to cook for! The staff rolled their eyes and said we now have to wait to even order food and then tried to say they were not doing food tonight. Terrible service from Justin and wished we booked our stay somewhere else. Also took 45 minutes to check in and wasn’t offered premium WiFi even though we had plus rooms.

Very central location, quiet and lovely room. Easy to walk into town centre. Has a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Parking on site. Could do with plug sockets near the bed for convenience. Only 1 socket by the desk. Nice staff and clean spaces.

We are quite regular visitors to the Premier Inn Northampton Town Centre. We ALWAYS receive excellent service from the very hard working Katie and her team and this latest visit is no exception. Yet again we were made to feel most welcome and every respect if our stay was faultless. Special mention must be give to Katie in Reception, Gosia in charge of Housekeeping and Isabella who is a member of her staff. We look forward to our next stay in just a few weeks time!!

Excellent stay - very helpful and friendly staff (especially Gail, who managed a very busy reception desk with patience and politeness). Room spotless (thanks to Gosia and team), very comfy bed and very quiet. Lovely breakfast, especially the porridge! Great location, central to all amenities. Great value for money.

Very clean and well presented hotel. Ideally located for visiting the city centre and the Royal & Derngate theatre. Also next door to St. Stephens Multi-storey car park, so it ticks all the boxes. Happy with our room as well as the services offered, also great buffet breakfast as well so left the dinning room after breakfast very contented. Would most definitely use this hotel again if we are back in Northampton.

The hotel was fine with friendly staff but was let down by the standard of the cooked breakfast for both quality and service. This was disappointing as previous stays at the hotel were excellent regarding these points. Hopefully it was a one off problem.

[1] Woke up early to see someone in a nike baseball cap on a crane cleaning the windows. Luckily my partner was covered up [2] reported it to front desk. They were shocked but apologised and agreed to make a note of it and tell Management [3] we wrote to Management some time later to ensure that they knew ( i.e that they had actually hired a company to clean the windows and it was not just a peeping tom ) [4] Management wrote back to say we were NOT getting a refund on the room and that staff said we didn't report it [5] we never asked for a refund, and we have video footage of the guy. I don't know why staff would have said that we didn't report it, but, like I said we reported it to management and we have footage [6] Management seem satisfied that they don't need to do anything, but I really want to know who (i) that guy was (ii) who knew about him (iii) why "Alesha" - not her real name - was so dismissive and adamant that we didn't report it.
