Der Service des Personals war ausgezeichnet. Sie waren überall freundlich und fürsorglich. Allerdings war das Wasser schmutzig! In Nepal gibt es selten Hotels mit Badewannen, also habe ich mir die Einrichtungen angesehen und bin hier geblieben, weil ich dachte, ich könnte in der Badewanne baden, aber es war schade, dass ich das nicht konnte. Zwar ist das Wasser in Nepal oft gelblich, aber es war das erste Mal, dass das Wasser so blauschwarz war. Es war ein wenig beängstigend, daran zu denken, dass ich mit diesem Wasser duschte und mein Gesicht wusch. Als ich mich beim Hotel erkundigte, war ich von der Antwort des Managers enttäuscht, dass der Tank kaputt sei und es keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung dafür gebe. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich, aber die Auswahl war gering und das Brot war hart.

Great hotel at an amazing rate. The room is spacious and with bath tub as well. Facilities are great especially with a well-equipped gym.

We have enjoyed our stay and the staff were professional. The drop off service can be improved but all in all we had a pleasant stay.

This is the last hotel I stayed during my first business trip in Nepal. It is clean and service very nice, the room is well cleaned and towels and bathroom vs beds blankets all are highly standard clean . I feel comfortable here and happy . 13th floor have a nice place to have dinner . Happy to eat food of China type . Fruits are good and fresh . Top floor 15th also beautiful scenery. Very deserve to come and highly recommended. I admire the manager Shristi Manandhar, she is really an amazing manger for the hotel. We like her. Care about customer feeling and focus on improving hotel experience. Good job

Took a short trip to Kathmandu for 3 nights and stayed at Crowne Imperial. One of the best hotels in Kathmandu without a question. The staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are clean & the view is spectacular.They have halal food & the location is an added bonus.

For the price you pay, you get similar facilities to that of 5* hotels!! Highly recommended place!!

Very bad Communication of front desk staff and the bell boy ! 👎 Discriminating nature ! Transportation service was not available! From my side i don’t want to recommend anyone to stay here👎

New Hotel with Great Roof Top View, needs to improve. Room is nice, smells new, however bed sheet is completely new , itchy , it’s like just bought and not washed , direct to the bed or been there dusty for long time. Towel is dirty white, not convenient. Water is totally disappointed, Color yellow, un-filtered and smells. Need proper filtration. Massage, all is new, bed is sounding haha , no music , no aroma for 8k local currency, 1 hour, masseuse was good. Food some are great, some are tough. View is the best for this hotel, but they open only afternoon to 10.. if you are sunrise person , this hotel is not for you. Sun set was great. Staffs are friendly, however next visit should be more thoughtful on guiding guests, where is elevator, what are facilities and hotel can offer. Breakfast was fair, price is recommendable.

Loved the hotel and very professional staffs, just a bit away from the city centre.

Everything is perfect. The location, room size, reception and house cleaning service. Very close to many prominent locations. Loved my stay, staff has a very polite nature. Best thing was ordering the refill water bottles in the room free of cost. Most hotels’s charge extra money for asking more than 2 bottles of water everyday. Will stay again for sure. 🙏
