Initial room was disgusting with mould in bathroom and stains on couch and ottoman. Got an upgrade but phones and TV not working. Buggy service is useless...thought it would've taken to Hastings street but it's only to entrance of resort which is only a minute walk anyway. Staff forgot my order I had to remind them after 20 minutes. Pepper's used to be a good chain but it's gone downhill. For the price I'm paying I would've expected much better.

Sauber und geräumig! - Freuenswert und freundliches Personal - Shuttle macht es so bequem umherkommen - Pools sind fantastisch, großartig für jedes Alter! - Wir liebten den Buffet brecky jeden Morgen Einige Highlights für eine Toddler-Mum: - Die Cott war außergewöhnlich, so weich! - Einige Mal habe ich den Shuttle mit nur mir selbst gefangen, meine Tochter und das Personal waren super hilfreich, mit dem Shuttle aus und auf. Und meine Tochter viel Aufmerksamkeit zu geben, um es so eine glückliche Erfahrung für sie zu machen. Ich konnte eigentlich weiter gehen und weiter! Alles ist gut gepflegt und es fühlt sich an, als würde das Personal viel Stolz im Resort nehmen. Wir können nicht warten, bis wir zurückgehen!

Upon arrival at approximately 4:30pm we realised there were no reception staff available - hey do have a lovely night manager & he is a real asset to this place - No reception staff after 3pm during High season @ a self rated 4 star hotel, seriously? Who’s night commences at 3pm? Anyway this was just the 1st of many failures for us, reading the previous reviews it appears if you can’t afford or book a Penthouse suite (there were none available when I tried as it’s high season) then Just Don’t bother with this place! Honestly too many cons to mention as I’m still on my holiday and can’t be bothered wasting my time on this dive but here’s just a few, the Aircon unit clearly says ‘Filter requires changing’ - seriously the filter looks pretty black to me & I consider this a health issue - wondering how long it’s been requiring a change! Screen door is really hard to lock/operate - again shows a lack of maintenance. Upon booking I only requested 2 simple things - split or twin beds was one of them - we arrived to find our beds were not split - so no one reads request? Also speaking of the beds they are disgustingly uncomfortable and I now have a very sore back, there is actually a wooden plank under my saggy mattress. Besides this, external light streams into the room all night as there are cheap shutters on the windows, seriously - no words, I expect a comfortable bed/room when I pay $1100+ for a 3 night stay? I could go on & on but really consider I’ve already wasted enough time & $$$ at this place so choosing not to waste anymore! Consider yourself warned!

Nichts konnte fehlgehen. Haben in der Vergangenheit geblieben und neue Manager Jo Jo und Partner machen wirklich eine tolle Arbeit. Schreckliche Wohnung und schön eingerichtet. Sauber und haben alle die Dinge, die Sie für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt benötigen. Handvoll für alles und sehr ruhig. Blicke und hoffentlich wird wieder bleiben.

We just spent six nights at Tingirana, and loved every minute! The views from the Oceanview rooms are absolutely outstanding. Easy access to the pool and also the beach. You can swim right out the front, or walk 150 m to the right and swim in the patrolled area (recommended). The rooms were clean, bright, and well equipped. We stayed on level 1 which is the lowest level. The views are meant to be even better on levels 2 and 3, though these floors are harder to book. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast of croissant’s, fruit and muesli. There is also complimentary use of beach chairs, or you can hire a Cool Cabana for $10 a day. My husband and I went with our toddler, while they’re not too many young children at Tingirana, it is not adults only, and we found that the guests were very willing to engage with our little one. This is a reasonably small, boutique style of accommodation. Last time we stayed at Sofitel, which was also good, but a lot larger and not on the beach. This isn’t cheap, but you’re getting million dollar views and great service. Highly recommend.

The rooms and facilities are a high standard. very comfortable. Standout was the receptionist (Kerri) above and beyond.. Her effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible was really refreshing. It's so nice to go to a resort where the staff ACTUALLY care about your experience, rather than pretending to care. Really appreciate her efforts to accommodate our family. Resort was great! Highly recommend!

Auf Empfehlung unserer Tochter-in-law, blieben wir im Noosa Heads Motel. Es war nur für zwei Nächte vor Weihnachten, aber wir waren sehr glücklich dort. Unser Zimmer war groß, luftig, frisch, sauber - in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet. Bett und Kissen sehr komfortabel. Das Bad war auch groß mit Qualitätsausstattung. Der Pool und seine Einrichtung waren schön, mit einer schönen schatten Pergola mit Grill. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr günstigen Lage, wo Sie zu Noosa Junction und allen Restaurants gehen können, oder nach Hastings Street und Noosa Beach. Auch kann ich nicht genug von dem Personal im Noosa Heads Motel sprechen. Sie waren von Anfang bis Ende am hilfreichsten. Nichts war zu viel Problem. Ich empfehle dieses Motel unreserviert und wird sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.

Great clean room, Place was amazing and staff were even better. Adriana and LT were the best taking us on a sunset walk. Great spot close to the greyhound beach and Cole’s. It has a great social vibe with the pool and volley ball courts. I would totally reccomend it!
