"I booked this hotel because it was near the Sea adventure but v upset & disappointed that it was closed since Covid, not even updated in the website. Basically, nothing much to go near this hotel, except the beach there. The hotel staff was kind enough to shuttle us to Montigo resort when they learn of our situation. However, the facilities there are meant for those Montigo hotel guests & other visitors need to pay extra fees."

"It’s our first trip to this resort and we are really impressed with the place. There is a free transfer from nongsapura ferry terminal to the hotel even when we arrived on the last ferry. All the hotel staffs we met are friendly and helpful even though some of them do not speak/understand english very well. We booked the room with sea view and the view is beautiful. Lounge has live band till 12 midnight as well. There’s also room service for food till 9pm and the food is nice. The complimentary breakfast spread is not too bad as well. We will definitely come again. My emails to them are also replied promptly."

"Great place to relax for a short weekend getaway. They even have a live band to entertain you at night while you enjoy your dinner by the sea. Quiet place, away from the bustle of the city. Special thanks to Mr Eddy for making our stay extra special and making us feel welcomed."

"Das war unser zweites Besuch dieses Hotel nach Covid . Erstmals war während Covid vor sg nahe Border . Die erste Zeit Eindrücke waren super , sie geben uns ein großes Zimmer mit hohem Boden , es war so schön , erstaunlich , sauber . Also in dieser Runde meine 46. Geburtstag entscheiden wir, 5 Tage 4 Nacht Aufenthalt zu wählen. Ich hatte besondere Anfragen für Reisen zum Hotel. Ich sage speziell, ich will kein Ecke-Zimmer, da ich sehr empfindlich für das letzte Zimmer der Hotels bin.
Am Tag der Ankunft sollten sie mich auf dem Fähre nehmen, aber der gruvolle Servicepersonalname von Nuryana, sie bittet mich, mich selbst einen Taxi zu nehmen . Das ist eine rote Flagge, u r behandeln einen Kunden besuchen wir zweite Mal für ihren Geburtstag, die nicht nur eine Nacht, sondern 4 Nächte zu bleiben, um sich selbst ein Taxi selbst nehmen. OK es ist okay
Check in sie geben mir das letzte Ecke Zimmer n niedrige Stock ..... Ich habe gesagt, ich wollte ein hoher Stock n Ich will kein Ecke Zimmer, aber sie geben mir alle Gegenanfrage. Sehr enttäuscht dieses runde Besuch .
Die Hausaufbewahrung ist gut 👍, sie r machen eine gute Arbeit bei der Reinigung. Das Restaurant ist gut. Beide Ebene 1,2,15th Erdgeschoss Restaurants haben alle einen besseren Service als das Frontdesk.
Schließlich hoffe ich, dass das Hotel auf ihren Front-Desk-Personal-Diensten verbessern würde. Bitte beachten Sie auf Kunden wenige Anfrage. Bitte geben Sie nicht nur das Gegenteil, dass wir ausdrücklich gesagt haben, wir nicht wollen."

"I chose Montigo Resort Nongsa to celebrate my partner's birthday, and honestly, they made it special. I left a note mentioning that it was my partner's birthday and the team truly went the extra mile to surprise him in the evening with a birthday cake with candles all ready, and even a sweet ”Happy Birthday” spelt out with flowers on our bed. It was such a thoughtful touch, huge props to the team for that effort!
The view from our private pool at night is stunning. It was so peaceful with sky full of stars and we were able to see the lights of Singapore across the water from our room. The resort location isn't exactly convenient as it sits outside of the Batam central area where all the malls are at, but this is definitely the place for a quiet and chillax weekend getaway.
The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the breakfast spread and water. The breakfast was below standard type of bad in terms of taste and available selection for a resort of this price point. More importantly is that we did notice quite some small black bits floating around in the pool, and the water for the bathtub had this yellow tinge (we leave it running for 20 min and it's still slightly yellow, and the water flowing out turned cold after 20 min). Although, these weren't a huge deal-breaker cause both of us don't use the bathtub, but it's something I think the resort should seriously look into if they are positioning themselves as a high-end resort.
Overall though, despite that the issues, our stay at Montigo Nongsa was fantastic. The amazing service, especially that lovely birthday surprise, and those incredible nighttime views completely won us over. If they can just sort out the water situation, it would be absolutely top-notch. We're already thinking about when we can plan our next visit!"

"Hier sind meine Bewertungen für das Turi Beach Resort, da ich zum ersten Mal allein reise. Die Einheimischen sind nett, die Lage ist auch gut. Mit Begrüßungsgetränken beim Einchecken im Hotel (die ich nicht getrunken habe, da ich mit dem Einchecken beschäftigt war, aber sie sehen köstlich aus 🤤). Es war gut, sich zu entspannen und die geistige Gesundheit zu entspannen. Das Personal gab mir ein schönes Zimmer, was mich noch mehr wertschätzte. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass es keine Lotion im Zimmer gibt, was mich ein wenig traurig macht, da ich erwartet hatte, eine zu haben. Aber die Gesamterfahrung ist gut. Ich liebe den Ort und das Personal ist freundlich. Ich liebe auch den Sonnenuntergang und den Sonnenaufgang. Besonders im Island Bar Restaurant. Ich werde auf jeden Fall dorthin zurückkehren."
