Westend Hotel

As frequent visitor of matheran and i must say this hotel doesnt do justice with the price it charges, it is way far from the market and it will take atleast 15 mins to reach hotel from the main market. Rooms are very tiny even the bathroom is so compress making it really uncomfortable you will see stray dogs moving and barking around near pool specially late night. Morover on the checkout i came to know that a staff of the hotel wrongly charged me some 826 for breakfast which i had not done and just to clear that they made me wait for around half an hour because mr was sleeping and then he simply said sorry for the wrong billing. Pathetic

Nice location, food is very good, services fine and i have enjoy it. Staff nature is good. Natural enviroment

The stay was amazing, the staffs were friendly and good service. The place itself was a complete package with indoor games, spa and an awesomely cute pool. Overall loved the place and would be surely back again!

I must stay, it is a premium stay in matheran, the only cons of this is it is far away from station. Rest everything is really nice.

We had an amazing stay at the Westend Hotel in Matheran. The room and toilet were spotless, and the hygiene standards were top-notch, which was very reassuring. They thoroughly enjoyed the swings, swimming pool, and the well-maintained kids' garden. The adults also had a great time with the various indoor and outdoor activities available. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of options catering to both kids and adults. It was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location is also a plus—just a 10-minute walk from the market, making it convenient for quick trips. A special mention to the receptionist, who kindly helped us arrange a memorable birthday celebration for our kids. This personal touch made our stay even more special. Overall, Westend Hotel is a fantastic choice for a family getaway. We highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect and well maintained, especially the food was awesome. Always prefer luxury private sit out option for a better experience

Hotel room and passage is very clean and clear staff also ta-kl to respectly and food very good quality and test main gate to room and room to main gate luggage picked and drop luggage locker is available bathrooms and toilet is clean

Rooms were not clean, pools water was green in color and food area didn't have basic hygiene and sanitation standards
