The primary bedroom includes a California King bed with a new (2024) Leesa Legend Hybrid Mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks located on the second floor. The Westin, a few steps on the other side, also has an ample Athletic Club space and luxurious spa also available by fee.Nottingham Lake is a quick walk and offers ice skating in the winter and swimming with beach paddle boats and paddle boarding in the summer. You can be in Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead in minutes. The Avon Transportation Center is adjacent to the property with a shuttle to Vail and Bustang service to Denver.
