gute Lage. Sehr praktisch zum Stadtzentrum. nur ein englischer Kanal. Das Frühstück ist nicht so toll.

Ich möchte dem Personal an der Rezeption und dem Manager meine Anerkennung dafür aussprechen, dass sie sehr höflich, einladend und das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts gut vorbereitet haben. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas heruntergekommen, aber wir wissen, dass sie ihr Bestes tun, um es instand zu halten und insgesamt zufrieden zu stellen.

I had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful, no need for a taxi, or Uber or anything, everything possibleby foot. The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest. The bathroom had all the needed accessories like hair dryer, and more importantly, a good hot shower. Needless to say that the team at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always have a smile for you. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I surely will try to get there again when in Nice next time!

Good location. Rooms were dirty in places such as the fridge. Everything was faulty from the tv to the PowerPoints to the kettle. Some staff helped us, some were rude and refused to do anything about it. For a 4 star hotel with this level of service, it’s not worth the price.

Is located quite a bit of walk from the station.. but manageable walk to station as well as to the city town. There’s a supermarket nearby so its very convenient! Has a great view of the church and area is quiet and safe. Rooms are spacious but could be better lighted. Is very dim at night as the room lights aint that bright… toilet is abit tired looking

The room is too small and pricy for 5 people and the hotel shouldn’t have 5 into one room.

2nd time staying at this hotel. 2 bedroom suite was comfortable and big with large balcony rooftop with a great view of the sea. King+2 twins + sofa bed can sleep 6. They were kind to let me check in 1 hour early as check in is strictly 3pm. I came at 2.15pm. However don't borrow the umbrellas from the reception if it rains. I borrowed 2 umbrellas to go across the road to levingt4 for dinner and the receptionist told me that if it breaks I will have to pay. I opened the umbrellas and one of them was already broken. She agreed to swap for a better one. When I came back she tried to charge me eur15 for the other umbrella that was not broken but 1 joint was out of shape. I argued that the umbrella was not broken and agreed to pay only if I took photos of the umbrella to make a complaint. She then agreed not to charge me. Very poor quality umbrellas to begin with. Poor management to offer such lousy umbrellas. Next time it rains just walk in the rain with a good! Don't be scammed! Levingt4 was awesome

The location is great. Also there is a parking garage. However, the cleanliness should be improved, because the bathroom was not clean at all. The service was good.

好的方面： 1、位置：很好。尼斯最大的火車站步行距離13分鐘左右，到海邊、老佛爺、英國人大道、Monoprix步行都在10分鐘內； 2、設施：符合Holiday inn的預期，沒有歐式的感覺，看起來也不舊，乾淨的，房間大小可以，2個大行李箱沒問題。餐廳風格比較舒適。 吐槽： 1、早餐：不建議買帶早餐的。住了4天，每天都一樣，有一天加了一個小香腸，有一個加了一個小蛋糕。因為是旅遊淡季，客人很少，吃早餐的是個位數。最後一張圖片是第四天的雞蛋餅，從一天的嫩黃到第四天的焦糖色，感覺每天在回鍋😂 2、服務：前台男士有種被迫營業的感覺，房間不提供一次性拖鞋，朋友法語非常好，電話前台，前台説這個房間不包括，但是可以給送，送上來的兩雙拖鞋都是泛黃的。 總體，淡季1000/天的房價，就還行能住。

設施給的淋浴間，水流是真小呀！房間乾淨整潔，位置也不錯！周圍路邊停車也方便！早餐豐富，味道不錯！前台接待服務熱情周到！很滿意！窗外的風景棒棒的！

地段好，距離商業街很近，老佛爺百貨幾分鐘到，距離海邊七八分鐘，步行到火車站十幾分鍾。 早餐豐富、味道很好。 住兩晚，入住當天，因房間窗户不能正常關閉，要求更換，和酒店當班工作人員溝通不愉快，攜程出面交涉得到解決，酒店人員還在強調不用找攜程也會給我解決，説的唧唧歪歪，我聽煩了，直接不給好臉色對方。後面兩天也還是他服務，態度正常了。如果沒有入住當天的不愉快，後面的體驗還是不錯的。 房間乾淨、空間可以，裝修傳統。洗手間有婦女洗盆，忘了拍照。 另外，酒店步行幾分鐘，有一家一芳奶茶店，很好喝！

第二次來尼斯，這次住的酒店超級棒。交通便利，設施完善，重點是房間很大，早餐非常棒，一定要選早餐，早上多吃點，中午省一頓飯，反正外邊也沒啥好吃的。美中不足是窗户不隔音，臨街有點吵。

房間很大，很乾凈，住着很舒服！ 離海邊很近步行十分鐘就能到 離老城區和市中心也是步行十幾分鍾就能到的距離，地理位置很不錯。
