We had an awesome time. Our 2 year old loved the water park and there was lots she can do. Our only issues were from kids at the waterpark pushing, not waiting in line, and going down slides before our daughter was out.
It is a family resort so it can be loud.
Staff were good and helpful!! Only an 5-10min drive to the falls. Overall loved it and would go back again!

Good customer service at check-in, although we were in a lone line, it moved along ok. The temperature of the pool was good. We were a little grossed out with the lack of cleanliness around the pool area but we expected that with the amount of people there. We were quite disappointed with the arcade as half the games were out of order. The games that were in working order wasn't spitting out the winning tickets and the ticket muncher that counts the winning tickets was broken. We actually counted all our tickets before claiming our prizes and the attendant weighed them. Their number of tickets the scale showed was WAY off! They shorted us by nearly 100 and we spoke up. The attendant agreed that it was a possibility and honoured our total as she didn't have the time to count out all the tickets...understandably so. It would have been a far worse vacation if the customer service was lacking, but all staff seemed quite pleasant. Even the servers at Boston Pizza. Good parking space but at $28 self park a night? That seemed quite steep for us. Not sure if I would stay here again!

This was a bad experience. We have been here before, but this visit was the worst.
The room was not clean and the toiletries were missing. We came to learn that you now need to ask for them at the front desk or find a staff member.
Children and inebriated adults were making noise until 1am. Our phone didn't work nor did our remote. I walked to the front desk and was.told.someone would come to our room and nobody came.
The waterpark was lackluster. The quality has declined. The attendants all look miserable.The floors were filled with dirty water and not being cleaned so it would go into the pool.
Not worth the money at all.

We had a great time and will go again for sure!
Pros: clean, cozy room. Waterpark was perfect for our 5 year old. I would say its good up to 19 year old. Older then that may get bored. Water was warm. Boston pizza attached was great, and had typical prices. Not inflated like most Niagara restaurants
Cons: not much really, other then lits of chlorine in the pool. I get it, you need it for all the peopke there, but if I had a very young child (or fresh blonde highlights) i would be careful. I also don't like having the extra parking fee. When you spend the night it should be included.

They upgraded the room which is cozy and clean the only think I suggest is expansion of water park so that everyone is happy not congested.looking forward to expansion of water park.

Went in November (winter). It was a good stay. Room was nice and very clean. Some areas a bit outdated with a motel vibe. Hallway had an odor. Waterpark is small but perfect for families with little ones, esp. under 4.
