Nice receptionist and services. Our room could see the fall view that was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good experience when check in, however, the hotel is bit of vintage, self-parking is 5min away from hotel

Compared with last time, we had a pretty good experiences this time during our recent stay. The Front Desk receptionist (Sandeep) is very thoughtful and accommodating. We are happy with her service. The only downside was the hotel restaurant which is not a pets friendly restaurant.

Radisson Hotel is the best place where you can stay with your family. I love how the staff are very welcoming and also the place itself is very friendly.

Very bad service worst staff no proper response smelly room

Room quite old but still function, I picked the room with jetted tub, but when you use the tub you can't see falls.

Had a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room. Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls. Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.

Good location and view from the room

We stayed for 3 nights. We had to contact the front desk a couple of times and we had what we needed within 30 minutes. I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. We enjoyed the indoor pool all 3 days. The location is perfect to visit the falls.

Good hotel

Wonderful checkin process. Very nice parking personnel who immediately came up to our vehicle to let us know what’s what regarding checkin and parking. Nice looking hotel. Great beds and clean bathrooms. Wallpaper looks to be starting to wear down, but overall great room. Fantastic location where you are within walking distance of the falls and ******. I really liked the electronic checkout process. Will recommend and revisit again when I have the chance.

All the staff was friendly but that’s about it. The hotel had a weird odor to it and our room wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Bathroom counter had water all over the it, hair on the floor in various areas of the room, and the pillow covers were dirty. On the left side of the hotel, only one of the two elevators worked, causing a long wait when busy. We waited almost a half an hour for an elevator when checking out. The pool didn’t look like the photo that was posted on their site. The bottom of the pool was dark and it looked like fungus. The water was too cold for an indoor pool, we were there for less that 30 minutes. The parking rate was too expensive for being a guest at the hotel. There wasn’t enough parking and cars were double parking. There was no safe in the room. I give this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars.
