The best budget motel in Melaka city. ▶self-check-in/out by whatapps, deposit RM50. ▶water dispenser, car parking provided. Cleanliness could have been improve, especially bedshits & towels.

Room at Cozzy was OK. It was very basic, but that was exactly what I expected of a cheap 'motel' (it's not a hotel). So I was happy with that. Spacious room and good shower The only downside was the location. It's located 2 meters from a small alley, which is heavily used by motorbikes (shortcut from one street to another), so that sound was quite disturbing. Also right opposite my room was a small church, where close to 9am a service started, with a microphone so I could hear every word the preacher said. I think that is daily, because it was on a Thursday, not a Sunday. The owner is very friendly. If you are an easy sleeper and on a tight budget, this might be a good place for you!

The service is very...stupid. Instead of talking to me (the customer) face to face. The worker instead chat us despite being at the next table to us. Not to mention, didn't mention anything about taxes and deposit. We paid online, why not include it in the price? Overall, the environment is clean and quiet but the location is quite cluttered.

A night at TOWN SUBURBAN This Motel was reasonable price and located in Town area. Easy to dine in. To buy foods, medicines, or anything. The lamp is yellow in the room. Should change into white / natural colour.

Great location for business travelers. Not my first time here but this visit was less than pleasant. The toilet was leaking, and the air-conditioner was dripping water too. I was there for about 12 hours so I couldn't care less.

It was a solid room with many restaurants nearby and the center is not far away.

Host very responsive and kind. The room was super cute kids love it cause Doraemon theme.
