Meine Gesamterfahrung war sehr enttäuscht ... die Fotos waren sehr ungenau. Dieses Hotel war heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer hatte einen seltsamen Geruch. Auf dem Stuhl und dem Teppich waren Flecken. Hätte ich stornieren und mein Geld zurückbekommen, hätte ich das definitiv getan!!! Ich werde nie wieder HIER bleiben....

This is a horrible hotel because of the staff mainly. They are very rude and unprofessional. My room still had underwear left in them from the previous guess the bathroom leaked. Parking is not ideal either as the parking lot is shared with a restaurant. I had two house keepers try to fight me I was disrespected by staff and their continental breakfast sucks it’s just a juice a muffin and a granola bar that’s it the Ramada and baymont inns are way better

It's one of the better hotels in the area that I prefer to stay at and it's not too expensive.

It was ok. Fairly old. I booked ok Trip.com and got a better rate than the hotel and any other site

Muy bien ubicado pero les falta odorizar las habitaciones por personas que fuman en habitaciones de no fumadores no es mayor cosa pero a mi en lo personal me gusta mucho la limpieza

The room was incredibly dirty. I came in from New York to stay there for only a night but as soon as I went into my room looked around and saw how dirty it was, I checked out within 20 minutes and went to a different hotel. Stains on the wall, bedding, and a slight mildew smell.

This hotel is very dated . The carpet was disgusting with stains everywhere. Our “non smoking room “ smelled like cigarettes. The curtains looked like they haven’t been cleaned in decades. We arrived very late at night and left early the next day so we just ****** it up because we were exhausted. But I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

The stay here was terrible. I’m pretty sure all of the employees are missing I9 documents because none of them speak English nor do they know how to use the computer for help at the front desk. When asked to do something they keep referring to “my manager”, then when asked to speak to a manager they falsify dates and times of when that person will be available. The “breakfast included” are pop tarts with a fruit cup that comes in a paper bag probably from a local free food pantry.They say the vending machines are broken to sell water bottles under the table at the desk and collect cash. Hampton Inn is definitely the better choice. This was a nightmare!

Was not able to stay at hotel because there was no mention of additional $100 deposit/hold due at check in. Had just enough to pay the night and couldn’t afford deposit. Had to sleep in my car.

No fresh towels or housekeeping. Came by firsr day when i had a do not disturb sign up. Took it down when I left the next two days and no housekeeping. I don't get it. I'm sure if I asked, they would have cleaned room, but I never had to in other hotels. Tv was messed up. Had to figure out how to get it on cable input. No local major network channels. Toilet wouldn't stop running without going back and jiggling the handle. Fixed that for them too. I should have gotten paid to stay there with the maintenance I had to do.
