I’d didn’t expect a lot given the 2 star rating and it didn’t disappoint. In my opinion it was awful for the amount I payed . Perhaps it’s usually is less expensive. I wish the pictures would have done better justice. Room tiny I had to undress and towel off inside the room for the bathroom was too small and mold on walls. The desk clerks were very nice. And they provide a decent spread for breakfast ( I didn’t eat I wanted to explore city options). In my opinion if you are having a rare opportunity to come to upper west side pay more and treat yourself to a higher scale hotel especially if the prices between hotels don’t break the bank. If you just want to crash not spending much time it the room it’s completely fine.
