Das Zimmer ist super klein, die Bettwäsche fühlt sich an, als wäre sie nicht gewechselt und die Fensterklimaanlage ist sehr laut. Der Preis ist günstig in New York, aber ich werde diesen Laden in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe der Columbia University. Es ist bequem, sich fortzubewegen und einzukaufen. Das Hotel ist ruhig und komfortabel und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Dieses liegt unter Nr. 120, was sehr ist sicher. Es gibt viele Weiße.

Insgesamt ist der Raum etwas klein, etwas laut und die Schalldämmung ist nicht gut

Es ist in Ordnung, das Zimmer ist etwas klein. Aber okay.

Die Marke La Quinta scheint etwas veraltet zu sein und die Einrichtungen in mehreren Hotels sind relativ alt, insbesondere die heruntergekommenen Badezimmer sind wirklich nicht schmeichelhaft. Das Servicepersonal ist recht gut.

The hotel is neat and clean. The atmosphere of the environment is nice. I would have visited so many places but it's so cold. it has free breakfast but no gym room. You can still take a stroll down the street if you want to exercise. I will stay here again if I visit NYC. There's no parking lot if you rent a car. It has street parking lot.

The staff provided outstanding service, always going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. The location is relatively convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-appointed and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring

Very good place but there isn’t much restaurants nearby and the guard opens and closes the door when we leave/exit the building

We get there at 10:00am - We knew we couldnt check in but asked anyway. Lady on Thurs 9/28 told me we couldnt yet and gave us bag tags to hold our bags for us. Very nice and pleasant. We then return to the hotel at 9pm to finally check in. We had a great day seeing the city. We are then told that the room I booked was over sold and they can not provide me with a King that I purchased but a double. This was the manager - She discounted the bill and $54 and told me they would make sure we were accommodated tomorrow. The room we were put it was the size of a walk in closet with a bed with a window unit that water dropped on all night making a loud noise with every drop. It also had a broken shelf above the sink so you literally had no where to put anything. It was horrible and honestly a $54 discount was not nearly enough. Friday at 9am we come down turn in the room keys and explain to yet a third person....she understands and says I see notes here and we have a king room for you. I asked if we could go ahead and get the room number but she said no not yet we have to wait for the people to check out. We check our bags with tags and leave them at the desk again. We then spend another wonderful day exploring the city. We return around 9pm again and another person is working and has absolutely no idea of anything that was supposed to be done for us. I asked for any other room then the one we were in first and they had a queen room available. I took it after being so tired. The lady gave me the managers email and said he would speak to her for us. I will be reaching out but now that we checked out sat morning I dont believe we will be compensated for this terrible lack of communication. We never even got to unpack our bags.

窗户外是樓的天井，房間非常小而且暗，衞生還好，早餐中規中矩，就是微縮版的傳統美式快捷酒店。沾了個位置好的光，就在中央公園旁邊，所以就這個價格來説這樣也算能接受吧

網友吐槽與實際相符：1. 噪音（隔壁開門聲），臨街房（每天半夜警車救護車）。2.房間小（入門處勉強打開一個行李箱）。3.無洗衣房。 4.早餐一成不變，僅有雞肉腸/培根/雞肉餅每天輪流更換。5.週五週六房價高於平日數倍。6.入住時間下午3點，不要幻想提前入住。為何選擇這家店，因為沒有太多的選擇，因為位置優勢，緊鄰紐約中央公園。多天穿過中央公園看藝術博物館（例如：大都會）。因為本次旅行的重要目的就忽略自己和網友真心的吐槽。 圖1：酒店大門。圖2：酒店大門右側。圖3：酒店大門左側（300米即到紐約中央公園）

頭兩天住宿的房間偏小，樓層也低，且衹有一扇窗户朝向天井，所以房間光線不足。後七天訂單換到第12層，房間也大一些且兩面牆都有窗子，拉開窗簾後可直接看到W 71街的街景和中城景色，感覺不錯。 空調聲音較大是唯一不能接受的問題，不過這是很多紐約二三星旅館都存在的問題，衹能忍耐。 服務質量因人而異，有的前台人員友好有的服務態度一般，並不會每天都有人來保潔，開始幾天我都是自己收拾，後來發現洗手池堵了，給前台打了電話，也派人來修了，且後面幾天連續都有人來清潔了，所以會提要求也很重要。服務人員多數是南美裔，都講西班牙語，英語不一定靈光，交流有點困難。 該酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰中央公園和72街地鐵站，交通便利，屬曼哈頓上西區鬧中取靜處，從性價比來説非常值得推薦。 附從酒店12層的房間俯拍的街景和從W72街拍的酒店正面。

房間較小，但設施都有，乾淨衞生，床品舒適！旁邊就是中央公園，走100米就到，挺方便的！
