This is the best hotel ever. The customer service is 10/10. The rooms are spacious and especially love the bathroom.

Clean and good service hotel. Rooms are spacious. Downside is no gym and swimming pool.

The room is without a mini fridge despite mentioned as there is on property description. The housekeeping needs to up their standard, trash were not disposed, cups were not washed. The room is big and the beds are comfy. The morning breakfast is decent by local standards.

Overall, I feel that this hotel is very comfortable to stay in and the location is convenient👍

All good. Room is clean and spacious enough for family of 6. The only downside is time taken waiting for lift. Waited for a good 15mins to go from our room to the lobby. 3 lifts to serve many rooms for 20 levels and 1 lift broke down are simply too laggy. But enjoyed our trip in Wenchang!

A few of the rooms that we booked had an unpleasant smell & made us uncomfortable. We had to go to the front desk to request to change the rooms. One of the staff was quite rude when my mum when to asked from her if there’s any iron available in the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Hotel is located out of nowhere. Nothing close by. And nothing really means nothing other than the bus stop. It’s a 2.6km walk to the Main Street near the middle school. Breakfast is like a madhouse rush to fight for food. Which wasn’t very nice anyway. The service staff are ridiculously nonchalant about helping. I just asked where was a good place for dinner and they couldn’t event give a recommendation. Couldn’t even help to book a taxi for us to town. And couldn’t care less if we wanted to ask for help to change money. There is a makeshift ****** in the hotel, and the whole floor reeks of cigarette smoke. I guess the locals book the mahjong rooms to ****** and it feels like that is the hotels main business. Rooms are relatively clean tho. Sheets a bit dusty but I think it’s normal in rural towns like this. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The bed was a bit too soft compared to other 3-star and above hotels I have been to, hence difficult for me to sleep but no issue for my friend. There was no heater functionality in the aircon but it was already mid Dec when we were there, hence it was quite cold. There was no fridge in my room, but they did helped me to refridgerate my food. Think there was no differentiation for smoking and non-smoking room? We got a room smell of smoke but managed to get it changed. Everything else was good. Service was remarkable as we did bother them a few times and they responded quite fast.

The hotel is new and clean. Facilities are great. Rooms are huge. And hotel staff give us complimentary breakfast for 3 days!
