It was overall a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly. The breakfast included was good enough for the price, with something of everything. The only problem was the microwave located on the 2/F was not functioning properly.

Design of the room was a little old but hotel room was well kept and clean. Breakfast was good. Location was a little out of the way for tourists especially for us joining tour group meeting point at Taipei Main Station. We have to take a bus outside the hotel to the train station connecting to destination. Overall stay was satisfying. We were told to place a deposit with hotel front desk and was told may have to charge us for anything found damage upon check out. Found a charge list in the room. We got the refund of our deposit promptly upon checkout.

Nice room and breakfast. Staff is very helpful. Free parking is also another plus.

Hotel location is excellent however the receptionists require more training in handling check in customers. Disgraceful to mentioned that one lady with short hair (hotel manager I guessed) totally ignoring check in customers at main entrance. No bell boy at all except her standing there ignoring all walk in customers with hand carry luggages. She don’t even bother to open the door or offering any assistance to customers. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable and unprofessional to work in hotel line. The breakfasts are acceptable and staffs were good in cleaning up tables. Hotel conditions are average and well maintained. Room was acceptable and nothing great to mention. Customer service is the key to improve in this hotel rather than being ignorant! Attached Costco monthly BEST workers scheme for reference!!

We loved this hotel , great location , good service, and the best breakfast buffet we ever had in Asia . Great customer service . Thank you, Fushin, for our great experience. We also loved that the hotel was very close to Costco . The only thing that we did not like was that this hotel did not have an airport shuttle bus services otherwise, we could use grub or taxi. Still good hotel.

Elegant , very Clean and Restaurant food is Delicious and also very accommodating stuff

Hotel is near nangang exhibition center. Costco is very near so I canshop there.

Pleasant stay with family

The staff service is exceptional, friendly, well managed and professional. They even provided me all of my requests. From the lobby to our room, are all nice with a good view, and the breakfast are also good. The only problem is the location from the MRT station Nangang, though there is a bus station infront of the hotel but you have to manage the time schedule, in our case we took taxi/uber back and forth. Furthermore, I had a great experience at this hotel. :)

No amenities around this location and difficult To get taxi to airport.

Will come back next time. Clean and big. TV can see YouTube.

已經回訪無數次了，有時間有便宜價格就會回來住，旁邊有好市多一樣很方便，如果沒有會員卡的人也可以憑房卡換證，但結帳會酌收5%費用，推薦大家來這家飯店，床很好睡，早餐很豐富。

房間隔音真的很不錯，而且有被驚喜到，用不到3千的價格訂到有大陽台的房間，天亮時被陽光喚醒，一睜眼陽光灑在房間地板上，真不錯🥰還有對大晚上沒處吃東西但肚子餓的吃貨來說，房間贈送的兩包餅乾真的太暖心，太充滿聖光了！ 浴室乾濕分離，但當天使用時排水慢到以為排水管堵住，牙刷牙膏浴帽刮鬍刀等一次性用品需額外在櫃台加購99元/組(一組裡有兩套牙刷牙膏，刮鬍刀還有贈送刮鬍泡一小條)，交通也算方便，飯店門口就有公車站牌，可以從忠孝復興捷運站坐公車過來，餐點部分要特別注意只提供早上(6:30～9:30)和晚上(18:00～)當天睡得太好，過了用餐時間真的很可惜，下次再來台北玩一定會再住一次。
