Comparable to other hotels & resorts in Desaru, it’s the best located hotel if want to find food & supermarket.

Spacious, clean and cosy room. Except that the balcony facing view was not very pleasant. Anyhow, the hotel was conveniently located near eateries and mini mall. Breakfast spread was just average. Overall great staying experience

Location was good but cleanliness is not up to standard as there are stains on the towels, ants crawling near the balcony and the carpet in the room. Air condition is the room was also faulty, cannot change temperature as it always remains cold. Morning buffet breakfast was great

Required to pay for the parking within the hotel. RM7.50 per night. Therefore I didn't give 5 marks for the service. The parking should be free or at least come with sheltered carparks, as there were bird shits found on my car. Location is ideal. Opposite the hotel had rows of eateries and convenience shops. Easy to get food and necessities.

Booked two rooms on this hotel,the first impression was nice when stepped in the lobby, the check in was fast. The room was big and comfortable with all the necessary stuff in it,the Room service was fast response when need it. The morning breakfast was good,but it can improve by having more choices, overall we were happy and enjoyed the stayed.

Nice room. Nice view from the room. However, they have limited amenities. No spa and only 1 restaurant.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Desaru for our IRONMAN event, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The hotel was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and calm just what we needed before and after such a demanding race. To top it all off, they surprised us with a beautiful anniversary room decoration and a delicious cheesecake, which made our stay even more memorable and heartwarming.

I had an exceptional stay at Four Points By Sheraton Desaru. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs. They were always smiling and greeting us, no matter what time it is. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The gym, sauna and swimming pool were working well. The gym has good machines. Housekeeping was awesome and catered to all my requests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep. We had a breakfast buffet and it was delicious with a lot of variety. The location was not too bad —walking distance to a mall, restaurants and shops. There was a shuttle bus service to the beach and we took it. The reception staff also helped us with taxi service to JB town and were very helpful with our queries about Desaru. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and excellent service!

Location is 10 mins drive from Desaru public beach. 5 mins drive to Desaru Fruit Farm. Surrounding view is mostly greenery (small hill and palm plantation), cant see the sea as it's too far from the coast. Room is quite spacious for two. There are some eateries outside the hotel. A more affordable option for weekend getaway compared to other hotels with private beach. And enjoy a scenic drive to Desaru.

Overall it was ok until I noticed black stains on both the towels.

The hotel was able to confirm my last-minute booking request. The receptionist was friendly, efficient, and helpful despite late check-in at around 8pm. The hotel room was in clean and tidy condition. Room service and dinner were superb. Restaurant will follow up and update our room on the order status. Best supper so far! Good food! The breakfast buffet was good too! Various cuisine. Please do visit the outdoor buffet too! (Prata, pastry, and other asian cuisine are found by the pool) Checking out was a breeze. Less than 1 min to confirm everything in order and validate the vehicle (if you're driving one. FOC for patrons) Would recommend you and your family here! Will be back here soon, definitely.
