Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, obwohl es klein ist, ist es gut ausgestattet! Der leistungsstarke Haartrockner von Sharp ist sehr aufrichtig! Internet-TV-Box bitte langweiliger Kanal 4! Sie können es auf YT oder Netflix ansehen! Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt, Sie müssen nicht um Badezimmer und Toilette kämpfen! Am Aufzugseingang befindet sich ein Spender für eiskaltes Wasser, sodass Sie nicht riskieren müssen, dass die Wärmflasche ausgewaschen wird! Der Parkplatz ist groß, aber die Einfahrt ist schwer zu finden!

Im Großen und Ganzen OK Aber auf dem Badetuch ist eine rote Substanz, als ob die Blutspuren nicht weggewaschen wären Nachdem ich meinen Körper abgewischt hatte, wurde mir klar, dass es mir sehr schlecht ging.

Der Dienst ist so standardisiert, dass es keinen Dienst gibt. Der sogenannte Standarddienst bedeutet keinen Dienst.

Das neu gebaute Hotel hat eine schlechte Schalldämmung und auch die Aufzugskonstruktion ist sehr schlecht!

Die Lage ist ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr bequem. Die Umgebung ist ziemlich gut und die Hygiene ist zufriedenstellend. Nur die Schalldämmung ist etwas schlechter. Ich werde trotzdem darüber nachdenken, hier zu übernachten, wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, wieder nach Banqiao zu fahren.

First time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old. Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed. Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!

Conveniently located next to the Banqiao Train Station and shopping area with lots of good restaurants and cafes close by. Everything is walkable. Hotel is clean and eco friendly.

The hotel is very clean. Alot of shops nearby. Near the train station. The staffs are friendly. Highly recommended to stay.

I was surprised that the hotel is only walking distance from high speed rail stations and Mega Malls, location is excellent 👍 the rooms are new and staffs are very friendly and helpful 👍

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

It was a very nice stay. The hotel is clean and checked in is easy. The room was nice and clean and included breakfast was very nice. If there are more vegetarian options that will be excellent.
