Es gab keine Aufzüge. Was sie online zum Frühstück zeigen, ist nichts, was gegeben wurde. Es gab Wasser, Kaffee und kleine Muffins. Die Gegend schien unsicher zu sein. Ich fühlte mich unwohl. Als wir versuchten, ins Hotel zu gelangen, dauerte es eine Weile, bis jemand das Hotel öffnete. Es war alarmierend. Das neue Personal war wenig hilfreich. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

Not at all what I expected. Walls were very thin and could hear the conversation clearly from the people next door. You can hear cars and trucks from the streets surrounding the property. Water in shower was lukewarm. AC thermostat would not allow you to adjust below 68 degrees. 3 inch x 3 inch square opening in the door that was not covered by the wooden blinds, therefore leaving a space for someone to clearly see into the room.

Wi-Fi is poor cutting out every 5 seconds. No dresser for clothes. Had to run to the shower 5 minutes to get hot water. Closet was 12 inch deep not 24 like standard depth, No room for a suite case. The cable boxes keep erroring out. Asked to have released they refused to replace it.

We read the mixed reviews so weren’t sure what to expect. Check in is easy. The desk staff pleasant and funny. Parking rate is fair and the lot is gated and close to the rooms. Finding our room was an adventure but the grounds are pretty so it was fun. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had the dreaded room 123. No matter how nice the room, and comfortable the bed, the traffic noise and the homeless folk camped outside the window made for a sleepless night. We will return to this hotel because we like it but we’ll make sure we aren’t in a room along the street.

This is a quaint historic hotel. The deluxe room had a king bed and 2 end tables. It was clean and nice with antique charm. My husband worked on the ironing board with a chair brought in, but the experience of a true old style courtyard hotel was worth it. Clean, nice people and interesting building. Good coffee with light pastries in the am.

The picture does not correspond to the actual hotel. Room very uncomfortable lacking even a table and chair. Water leaked from roof during a storm. Employees not very nice.

Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and historic. The reason for the 2 stars is because the room we hadhad two windows facing the street and all hours of the day and night the homeless would party and camp underneath the windows. For 3 nights we did not get any sleep at all! Having that kind of activity right outaide our windows really made us feel uneasy and unsafe.

Checkin was just ok. The desk clerk did on give clear directions on how to get to our room and directions to the secured parking lot were very vague. In the room it took over 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was just a trickle. Disappointed

This was our 2nd stay at the Courtyard and it was just as good as the first. It is walkable to the Quarter, yet far enough outside to be quiet. It's a lovely property, and very clean, with a charming staff.
