The Marriott Hotel on Canal St was such a convenient location for walking to the major tourist attractions…Bourbon Street, St. Louis Cathedral, the Ferries and paddlewheel boats. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel front desk and concierge service was so helpful to ensure that i knew how to get to my destinations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I could not make it to the hotel because my flight was canceled and they lost the state over there

There was a used soap bar in the shower when we arrived. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very soft, it was not comfortable. When we arrived the room was warm and the water was hot. Part of the way through our first shower the water got cold and the heater quit working. The next day it got COLD outside and there was absolutely no hot water, got out of a cold shower and the air was blowing very cold. They did send someone up to fix the issues and we had hot water that evening. When we woke up in the morning the room was 79 degrees though the heater was set at 70. It was very hot. The shower was cold again and there was brown water leaking through the ceiling tiles above the shower. The location was convenient and the view of the river was really nice.

酒店大堂大氣，但是房間比想象中的舊且空間略小。整體來説對於Marriott的品牌來説，有點點不及期待。地理位置完美，離French quarter很近。如果趕上活動日的話隔音並不完美。

アメニティーがあまり充実していませんでした。 歯ブラシなどもなく、、、 日本のマリオットはパジャマがありますが、パジャマなどのサービスもありませんでした。 色々と自分で持っていく必要があります。 立地だけは最高によかったので、どこにいくのもスムーズでした。そう言う意味ではまた泊まりたいですし、お勧めです。

Zentral gelegenes Stadthotel. Nähe zu Bourbon Street, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Mississippi. Trotzdem ruhig. Parken konnte dazu gebucht werden!!! Valet Parking.

I loved the cleanliness of the property inside and out. Unfortunately, the first room they put us in had some water damage due to the flood that happened a week before our stay. However, once we informed them they moved us quickly. I would stay here again

Everything was good, just hate you have to pay for parking at the hotel you’re staying at. If you have a room, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

Bar food and drinks were very good ! Within walking distance to French quarter and harrah’s ******, and the river.

Service was great. Rooms was clean nice city view. This hotel was on the ***** close to everything. I would recommend staying here!

This property did not have parking for our oversized vehicle and we had to park 6 minutes away and paid $140 for two nights to park. The bathroom ceiling in our room was damaged and appeared to be taped together our shower didn’t work so we had to call for repair they put a piece on that was *****ped. The pillows on the bed were worn and extremely flat and uncomfortable. They charged my card when I paid for the room when I booked it… when I checked in they charged my card $359 it was so much noise I couldn’t hear the representative because of the Mardi Gras festivities and she stated it I told her it was already paid online and another representative credited it back but it was just too much and it didn’t make sense definitely won’t be staying here for next year Mardi Gras especially at $359 for Friday and $399 for Saturday it was a disappoin**ent and rip off
