I wish I could give it a zero stars. We arrived quite late and didn’t have much time to re-pack and rest as we had an early flight. We booked twin room and upon check in we asked if we have two beds. Receptionist confirmed. When we opened there was one bed. I travel with my friend so we would not sleep in the same bed. Staff was awful, first they said they can’t do anything about it, after seeing that I am not letting it go, they offered a different room with one bed and they said they will provide additional mattress! We obviously refused and asked in that case to get two rooms since this was their error. They refused. Then they said they will prepare another room with two beds ( earlier they said they don’t have rooms available!) but we were loosing precious time that we needed for a rest before a long flight. They ended up changing our room for much worse. Boiler was off so there was no warm water to take a shower and we didn’t have time to wait for it to warm water up. Avoid avoid avoid
