Ein charmantes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, mit Pool.Ist man nicht gut zu Fuß, Strand und kleine Ortschaft ca. 20 min entfernt, ist ein fahrbarer Untersatz sehr empfehlenswert. Im Hotel selber kann man sehr gut zu Abendessen.Das Frühstück war sehr gut und immer wurde nachgefüllt, eigentlich war reichlich da, nur gewisse Nationen ( Italiener, Franzosen ,Engländer) haben das mit einem Frühstück zum mitnehmen verwechselt. Ich rede nicht von einem Stück Kuchen, belegte Brote..eher Eimer weise und kaum Stapel bar wurden die Sachen rausgetragen. Wirklich widerlich. Dort würde ein Schild mit dem Hinweis das es nicht zum mitnehmen ist sehr hilfreich. Jetzt aber zu weiteren positiven Erlebnissen. Alle , wirklich alle Leute die in dem Service Bereich arbeiten sind wirklich erstklassig. Allen voran Flora, die Reinigungsarbeiten durchführt, oder der Barkeeper Jakob, oder die junge Frau an der Rezeption, immer total freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr professionell.Danke für diese tolle Betreuung. Ein Grund dafür zurück zu kommen. Bitte macht weiter so!!

Nice hotel with absolutely super nice employees. Located 10 minutes from the port and Chora. 2 beaches to be reached in 5 and 10 minutes walking. It is advised to rent a car (the hotel has attractive offers by the way). Breakfast was ok and with enough options and lovely fruit. Large swimming pool that we used only the last day because we visited different beaches and the small picturesque villages on the island. We had two rooms, one really nice and cosy an the other a bit outdated. Good airconditioning in the room and very clean and quiet.

We had a wonderful time at the Golden Sun in Naxos. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast had a lot of selection. But what made it soo special, was the staff. Maria the waitress/bar women was truly amazing! The only downside, was that the hotel was a bit far from the beach we really loved, Agios Prokopios. If you are looking for a quiet & relaxing place , which is family friendly, to stay while in Naxos, this is the place for you!

Such a lovely property! Beautiful views from the rooms some with pools and hot tubs in your patio area, the staff and manager were amazing so welcoming and took great care of us from calling taxis for us to having rental cars available through them, they went over and above to make our stay for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Can’t wait to come back and stay!!

Couldn't be happier with our choice of the Golden Sun Hotel. We did a lot of research trying to find a home base for our family of 4 during our two night stay on Naxos. The Golden Sun was perfect. We rented a car. Parking was free and easy. All that Naxos had to offer was easily accessible. Great beaches close by. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic, but good enough to start our day. Pool was large and well kept. The service was amazing. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We have to thank Alexandra at the front desk for that. Alexandra was one of the friendliest people we ever met. Keep doing what you are doing at the Golden Sun. We hope to be back!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Golden Sun! The grounds, rooms, pool, and setting are stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable, air conditioning/wifi/shower worked perfectly! Everything was very clean, too. The location was spectacular as we had views of the town as well as close proximity to the most stunning, sandy beaches. We are two friends in our early twenties on holiday and found no shortage of fun things to do while staying here. We reccomend hiring an ATV to see the island and make your trip down to the beach less than 5 minutes! :) Finally, the true magic of Golden Sun is the staff. Alexandra (the receptionist) was so pleasant, attentive, and helpful during our stay and easily helped us with our ATV rental. Vicky prepared amazing food at the hotel and was so lovely to chat with. The two boys (sorry, we did not catch their names) in the evenings were so friendly and fun. Finally, we adore Maria! She is a true gem and made are stay at Naxos unforgettable. We will be back! ❤️
