Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hochgeschosses, etwas schalllos, aber es hat keinen Einfluss auf das Schlafen, der Preis ist relativ praktisch, es gibt keinen Zuckerhandel in der Umgebung, es muss eine Entfernung gehen. Die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist gut, das Frühstück ist nicht viel zu wählen.

Excelente hotel con habitaciones nuevas, los colchones y almohadas son sensacionales. El servicio siempre estuvo al mejor nivel y la terraza tiene una vista espectacular. Sin duda será mi opción cada vez que viaje a la Ciudad de México.

The room was perfect. But service a bit confusing. We asked for room service 10 pm, we assume because of earthquake we never received our order. Fire alarm started 20 minutes after earthquake, we were confused if leaving rooms or not. The room was open while I was in a video call, then while I was in the shower, 2 times!!!! The lady wanted to see if I consumed beverages from minibar, but she could not understand I was busy. And she already checked the first time, I cannot understand why she opened for a second time. if we are allowed to leave room before 11 am, why is people disturbing at 8 and 9 am?

Der Raum ist noch recht groß, es gibt einen Schreibtisch für mich, um den Computer zu benutzen. Die Aussicht ist gut und das Fenster kann den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Wie in amerikanischen Hotels gibt es keine Hausschuhe und Wärmflaschen. Sie müssen sie selbst mitbringen. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut und kann helfen, ein Taxi zu rufen.

Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

I stayed here for one week. The hotel is attractive and very clean. The rooms are large. It's a shame the restaurant isn't better, because that's where they lose stars. I ordered room service one night, french onion soup and caesar salad. The soup that they sent wasn't french onion. It had fish in it and no onions. The caesar salad was drowning in dressing, so much so that it was inedible. Another morning, I walked to the restaurant and spoke with a waiter to order breakfast, which is included, for room service delivery. He took the order happily and told me 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, it hadn't arrived. I called room service. They acted like they had never heard of the order. I ordered it again. I was reminded that breakfast is included but tipping is additional. Yeah, I tipped the guy that brought the fish soup and drowning salad. Clearly, it didn't help the service.

Lage: Das Schild des Hotels ist nicht sehr auffällig. Als ich zur Ausstellung ging, blieb ich 2 Nächte. Es gibt viele Convenience-Stores, aber Chinesen sollten auf die Sicherheit achten, wenn sie dorthin gehen. Ich benutze Ctrip, um ein Taxi zu nehmen, wenn ich ausgehe Ausstattung: Eines der Lichter ist kaputt, aber ich habe das Hotel nicht reparieren lassen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Küche, die Sie einfach selbst herstellen können. Aber das Hotel hat keine Hausschuhe Dienst: Allgemein Hygiene: Allgemein
