The front desk staff were very kind and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.

Everything was wonderful, me and my friend had a great time in Nashville and the staff of the hotel were really nice, the room was renovated, clean, and comfy They have a great breakfast in the morning, with pancakes, eggs and more. I would stay there again.

Thought the parking was VERY expensive. Front desk service was helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. No closet in room - just hooks to hang clothes - still like a closet. Shower was great with lots of hot water and liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products. View from room could have been better. We overlooked a roof. Bed was comfortable. TV was challenging but finally figured out how to get regular live TV.

Nice selection for breakfast. Lots of activities available within walking distance. Pool area is nice but small. Nice fireplace by pool area. Pool is only three feet deep. Lobby area is large and has pool table and other activities. We would stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Room was dirty, shower had hair in the drain the room was not properly cleaned, not pleased at all.

Great place to stay! Easy to get to great parking and a short walk to all the goods of downtown Nashville! Hotel was nice and super clean

Hotel breakfast was superb! The best I’ve ever experienced anywhere else! Super impressed! The size of the room was a bit smaller than expected for the cost, little to no storage but nonetheless a great experience and a wonderful time in downtown Nashville!

We are only giving a single star because zero stars aren’t allowed. It’s hard to rate a room i didn’t stay in. I keep getting billing information and rate requests.

Wonderful staff! Great breakfast buffet. Downtown walkable. Close to so many different food options. One of the best hotel stays I’ve EVER experienced. Parking was a little tricky-small spaces & underground.

The hotel was conveniently located. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Parking was below the hotel.

I stayed durign the middle of the week for one night on a work trip and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was SO helpful. The General Manager was giving out restaurant/night life recommendations and accommodated many of the guest's requests. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, the staff did a great job. And it is in a great location, walkable to Broadway and a ton of great restaurants.
