Awesome hotel in the centre of the city. Everywhere is easy to get by.

酒店位置非常好，進城就很顯眼，大堂和餐廳很漂亮，視野也超讚。在挪威小城這個酒店算是很亮眼很值得入住的。

位置很好，從機場有大巴直達到門口，非常方便；服務也很不錯，推薦。

Denne gang var vi ikke fornøyd. Vi fikk ikke den romtypen vi hadde bestilt og betalt for. Vi skulle ha et større rom. Det fikk vi ikke. Det skulle være ekstra seng på rommet. Den stod ikke der da vi kom. Etter å ha sagt fra 4 ganger og ventet 1,5 timer, kom senga. Det var tomt for såpe på badet. Rommet var støvete. Søpla ble ikke tømt hver dag. Vi var der i 4 dager.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Bedienungen in der Bar im obersten Stock waren zu unserer Zeit komplett überfordert.

Auch dieses Mal wieder ok für einen Zwischenstopp. Auch der Fernseher ging wieder.

Väldigt bra,vi fick våra önskemål, högt upp och utsikt mot havet.Tack för det.

Super Hotel in bester Lage von Narvik. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hotel liegt zentral und ist verkehrstechnisch gut zu erreichen. Tolle Aussicht von der Bar.

Hyggelig betjening. Litt ustabilt vann i dusjen, og for trangt i frokostserveringen, men ellers et flott hotell.

We arrived on Monday night 18th March at 10pm to a very quiet hotel and 1 EXTREMELY RUDE blonde female staff member working at reception who seemed very inconvenienced that we interrupted her conversation with her colleague by us simply arriving. We get to our room which had some missing/broken items. We noticed the bed pillows had next to no support and we wished to watch a movie to wind down before bed so after discovering that there was no way to contact reception from the room phone, I proceeded downstairs to kindly request a couple of extra pillows for the bed and to mention the room shortfalls. The rude staff member immediately said no, she did not think there were spare pillows and didn’t seem to care about the room condition, she said she will check the store room for extra pillows. After 20 minutes waiting near the lift I proceeded to return and ask if she had any luck finding some to which she said “no there is none, I checked the store room and we have no spare and the hotel is fully booked”. I let her know that I was waiting off to the side and that could see she didn’t leave the desk the and was talking to another colleague the whole time. So, no only did she lie about going to check and the hotel being full, she simply couldn’t be bothered and was offended that I called her out for her lying, lack of care and customer service. The hotel will know who this is staff member is working at the time on this date. Please follow this up.

The hotel was nice with lots of options in the included breakfast. Narvik seems nice when the weather is good, but there is little to do when your outdoor activities aren’t possible.
