Sehr gutes Apartmenthotel, die Lage ist sehr bequem und sicher. Wir sind am Tag voraus angekommen, um Gepäck zu verladen, die Rezeption hat uns nicht zögern, zuzustimmen, und die Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut, um Routen und Restaurants für uns zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist groß (wir sollten früher das größte Zimmer sein), es gibt zwei Balkone, ein sehr großes und modernes Badezimmer, sowie Bluetooth-System, Kaffeemaschine, zwei Fernsehgeräte usw. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber der Service ist vorsichtig. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es nicht gut ist, dass wir das kleine Signal vor der Tür des Gebäudes nicht sehen können, und wir haben gerade angerufen.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.

Wir haben im Hotel für 4 Nächte während eines Besuchs nach Neapel geblieben. Die Lage ist sehr bequem, zu Fuß von der Altstadt und neben dem Untergrund und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Das Gebäude wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, die Zimmer waren sauber und Frühstück wunderschön. Es gibt eine erstaunliche Dachterrasse, um ein Getränk oder ein Essen zu fangen, mit schönen Pflanzen und wunderschönen Blick! Ein besonderer Hinweis für das Personal: Alle waren aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und werden zurückkommen, wenn wir die Chance haben.

Zusammengefasst kann man sagen dieses Hotel ist ein normales 4 Sterne Hotel was die Hygiene und Komfort angeht ABER das Personal ist so extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und zwar alle angefangen von dem Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Reception wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt und wegen dem Personal habe ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben jeder Arbeiter in diesem Hotel war respektvoll und hilfsbereit danke an das ganze Team !! :)

A parte il fatto (comunque colpa mia) che avevo prenotato e pagato per due, ma all'ultimo momento la mia compagna non è venuta, la prima camera che mi hanno assegnato ( la 304) aveva un pervasivo e disgustoso odore di gabinetto. il copriletto era vecchissimo, sporco e completamente mangiato dalle tarme, (vedi foto). . La seconda camera (la 202) era decente e l'ho presa. Aveva il bagno per i disabili, ma considero questo un plus. Ma gli accessori di del bagno erano tarati per una sola persona (1 asciugamani per mano normale, 1 asciugamano doccia, nessun bicchiere (e l'impianto idrico lasciava a desiderare). Lo staff mi ha portato quanto richiesto, IL peggio però era l'impianto di condizionamento, assolutamente non funzionante. Fortunatamente la temperatura era gradevole, ma la mattina farsi la doccia in un bagno freddo non è stato piacevole. Lo staff ha provveduto il giorno dopo. Visto che il check out era alle 11, ho lasciato, alle ore 9:00 lo zaino al deposito bagagli: non vi è stata applicata alcuna etichetta. Alle ore 16:00 del 6 gennaio sono andato a riprenderlo: non c'era più. Uno dello Staff, un po' balbettante mi ha detto che li avevano spostati in altro luoho. E me lo ha mostrato: in una zona in penombra; c'era un solo zaino, all’apparenza il mio, l'ho preso e sono ripartito per Salerno. Solo all'arrivo mi sono accorto che lo zaino, seppur identico, non era il mio. Solo grazie alla disponibilità della persona che aveva preso il mio sono riuscito ad operare lo scambio di restituzione. Quando ho lascito lo zaino (ore 08:30) ho comunicato chiaramente alla reception che, dopo la colazione sarei tornato, ben prima delle 11:00 ora del check out per usare il bagno. Tornato dopo mezz'ora ho trovato la stanza già disfatta con le donne delle pulizia ed il bagno ormai inagibile.già in pulizia. Comunque, vabbè che eravamo in altissima stagione ma per un albergo in zona stazione d Napoli, degradata e mal frequentata, 180 euro + 6 euro di tassa d soggiorno per due notti mi sembrano un po' eccessivi per un albergo di terza categoria

Die Bar, die am Abend Getränke haben, ist schmutzig, schmutzige Tischfäden, die keine Linen sind, hatte Marken, die verwendet wurden und verschwunden Getränke oder Nahrungsmittel. Die Stühle und der Tisch fühlen sich schmutzig und wir nahmen unsere Getränke in unserem Zimmer stattdessen. Das Frühstück hat keine kochene Nahrung, nur hart gekochte Eier, Brot ist hart, Menschen müssen in der Warteschlange warten, bis sie von einem Wächter serviert werden, Sie können nicht aus dem Tisch nehmen, Wächter muss sogar Kaffee servieren. Es ist schrecklich um das Hotel, die Polizei ist immer da, dünne Geschäfte um. Bleib in der Nähe oder in Hotels um das Schloss Ovo. Es ist zu schmutzig um die Station Gibraldi, wo dieses Hotel liegt.

Siamo stati accolti in questa struttura da signor Armando, una persona gentilissima e disponibile, nonostante all inizio avessimo avuto un piccolo incomprensione con la prenotazione, il problema è stato risolto in pochi minuti, per il resto non bastano solo 5 stelle per descrivere la cortesia e l organizzazione, ma soprattutto l igiene e la pulizia! Io e il mio ragazzo abiamo trascorso una notte di relax in una delle Junior Suite di questo hotel scoperto per caso ma che si è rivelato una piacevole scoperta. La camera dal design rustico, così come il resto dell'hotel, l'angolo della vasca idromassaggio con finte decorazioni floreali e luci a LED colorate creano un'a**osfera intima, rilassante e suggestiva. La chicca che abbiamo adorato è stata la cassa bluetooth per ascoltare la musica in vasca! La stanza era dotata tutti i servizi necessari, la pulizia top e ci hanno dato la possibilità di cenare in camera ordinando dall'esterno (noi abbiamo chiamato Glovo, ma ci hanno offerto dei volantini di qualche pizzeria/ristorante nei dintorni). Abbiamo anche apprezzato moltissimo gli orari di check-in e check-out (si poteva lasciare la camera entro le 12.00 facendo tutto con molta calma) e la colazione poteva essere sia ordinata e servita in camera scannerizzando un QR CODE, sia consumata al bar (fino alle 11.30) in cui abbiamo trovato un piccolo buffet davvero ben fornito, variegato e con prodotti di qualità. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo e siamo rimasti sorpresi e soddisfatti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

The hotel was located close to beaches, local shops and restaurants. Hotel facilities also included a bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub and had ample onsite parking. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, and also offered delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotels room were a good size, the AC ran nice and cold (essential in the Neapolitan heat). The rooms were also spotlessly clean and comfortable. But, I would say what was really special about this hotel was the staff they were simply amazing, so friendly and helpful. Hotel Agora definitely had the family run feel with all the bells and whistles of a big chain hotel. I would say it is perfect for all groups families, couples and singles. I would absolutely go back!
